Great staff and nice room for the price, but it was very hot in our room and we didn’t get much sleep because of some guy next door using an angle grinder all morning. No AC so we couldn’t close the window so that was annoying.

The hotel and (most) staff were amazing. My wife and I went for an overnight to visit the city. We have been using Trip.com for our travel needs since 2017 and have never had any issues. We pre-booked and paid for our stay in advanced. Upon arrival we were told that our card had been declined and that we needed to pay again. I tried to explain that that was not the case, but the receptionist insisted so I figured I had made a mistake and went ahead a paid (a second time) for our room. During our stay I double checked our accounts and again confirmed that all had been pre-paid in advanced so upon check out I again brought up the issue and was again told that I was in the wrong. It wasn't until a few days later that I called in again and got the issue corrected and my second and unnecessary charge was refunded. We forgive the mistake but the dismissive nature of the staff when we were trying to explain our situation was completely unprofessional and what you would expect from an establishment of this calibre.

The apartments are perfect and you get a variety of options to choose from as per your comfort. I enjoyed my stay a lot since everything was so comfortable. The staff and the workers are so friendly that they made me feel like i am in my home back in India. I met two amazing people here who were the managers - Rahul and Varnika Agarwal. Its definitely the perfect choice if you want a comfortable stay in the perfect area.

Excellent value for money in a great location about a two minute walk from the Duke of York pub - room was clean and decorated to a nice standard, it was compact but more than enough for a short stay. Continental breakfast in the morning was really handy, and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for a short city break as the perfect base to explore.
