The location of the hotel is really good because it is walking distance of all the things that you would want to see and the hotel staff are very nice too

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre, it is clean and breakfast is good with a variety of choices. There is a gym you can use anytime, you just need to ask for the key at the reception. Rooms are small (economy in the adjacent building) but comfortable, I would only suggest they add a kettle for tea/coffee.

The staff there were very helpful. They helped us to deal with sim cards and call taxi.

For economy rooms they have separate building and for superior rooms they are accomodating inside hotel building which was really surprising for me. They should mention this point prior to booking. Otherwise staff was good n accomodating.

There’s some smell after I opened the main door of my room. This hotel is convenient to travel around the city. The ladies at the reception desk are very friendly. The helped me reserve a taxi to the airport. The downside is that it is difficult to find a socket in the room to charge my mobile phone…

Excellent service from the front desk, clerk all the way to the staff at the cafeteria restaurant. It’s an older building that has been remodeled and very stylish facilities. The room is absolutely beautiful. I had the breakfast buffet, and it was very good. Lots of options to choose from.

Premium (improved) rooms are nice and spacious. Though pay attention what at rooms type you are picking as standard rooms as I saw are really tiny. The location is great, it's downtown and not far from everything. Service is regular, but no complaints. Same thing about the breakfast, nothing to complain about, but also nothing to be impressed with. Just fine.

The location is very good but the room too small.

THE Hotel is right in the city but with the relocation of the train and bus station makes it isolated. We arrived by bus rather late and had to combat the Taxi Mafia wanting 30 Euros but tram 7 or 9 forgot takes you to close to the hotel. Breakfast good staff good no complaints.

Staff is not so friendly. Room was not clean enough Cigarette smell was everywhere
