Not bad. They have good view. They have pool but many people.

Room was basic, not as modern or clean as shown in photos. Would benefit from fresh paint on walls and some new furniture fittings. For the price can’t complain too much. Deadlock on door was broken which needs replacent as the lock is weak. Location is ok, 30 min walk from town centre or $1 grab, but plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Nice quite hotel, pretty far from the beach but close to a night market and also large outdoor entertainment venue. The room very clean, comfortable bed and pillows and strong shower. Great views of the city and mountains and great value.

They don’t speak very fluent English, so you may need to use Google translate with them. The facilities are excellent. There’s a restaurant right there on site. There’s a mini Mart. There’s a couple of more restaurants within one to two minutes walking distance and a fruit stand right around the corner. Plus there’s a refrigerator in your Hotel room. However, the only downside is, there is no coffee kettle, and they do not provide you coffee.

This is a great value for money option in Hua Hin. It's a 30min walk to the centre or beach or a short taxi ride. There's a lot of food options and a mini mart onsite. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the mountains, the swimming pool was also great. You can hear a lot of noise from other rooms and the elevator and the wifi wasn't very strong

You get really good value for money!

I ended up staying here for a few weeks as they told me a month was only 7000baht and I needed an address for a residence permit. Then I found out that price didn’t include water and electricity and they stripped the room clean of everything including the bed mattress pad. Pool was a bit cold and forget the gym as it was dirty old and mostly broken.

This hotel is well priced, but the room definitely could have been cleaner. The people at the front desk were not super friendly, but the woman at the restaurant was very friendly and kind. They have a nice choice of breakfasts at reasonable prices. The swimming pool looked all right, but there were always a lot of people hanging around it, and there wasn't much room around it. Seemed a bit cramped.
