Very nice modern hotel rooms Clean and well maintained building Very professional and friendly staff. Central location, within minutes walking you are reaching Kneza Mihaila,republic square Fairly priced. Opposite the hotel there is a pub with beer and desserts and a cafe that serves breakfast from very early in the morning . Hotel has no elevator but you only need to walk 2 floors. Recommended

I’m really thankful with the staff at the reception. They were very helpful during my late check in, and also gave me good recommendations about where to eat and how to get to some places I was interested in visiting. My stay in Belgrade was very short but if I come back I’ll definitely stay in City Nest Modern & Cosy Suites.

Unfortunatelly it was a very bad experience. First of all, the first floor rooms like the one we were given were opposite the reception and everyone who enters the hotel or goes through the elevator is like walking through your room. Even worse right below the hotel there is a tavern that sometimes two and three bands play at the same time in the outdoor area and they are loud all day and all night. In addition, as can be seen from the photo, our bed broke due to poor construction and we had to change rooms. Finally, my card was charged with 500E while the booking showed 475E with the excuse of currency conversion. Which is a very large amount. But even if that was the case they didn't even give me the option to pay with cash. The breakfast was the same every day and completely indifferent. Moreover, it is located outside the hotel!! Two minutes walk!! Καταρχήν τα δωμάτια του πρώτου ορόφου σαν αυτό που μασ δόθηκε ήταν απέναντι από το ρεσεψιον και κάθε ένας που μπαίνει στο ξενοδοχείο ή περναει για το ασανσέρ είναι σαν να περναει μεσα απο το δωματιο σου. Ακόμη χειρότερο ακριβώς κάτω από το ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει ταβέρνα που παίζουν ταυτόχρονα δυο μερικές φορές και τρεις ορχήστρες στον εξωτερικό χώρο και ακούγονται δυνατά όλη μέρα και όλη τη νύχτα. Επιπλέον όπως φάινεται και από τη φωτογραφία το κρεβάτι μας έσπασε λόγω κακής κατασκευής και αναγκαστήκαμε να αλλάξουμε δωμάτιο. Τέλος χρεώθηκε η κάρτα μου με 500Ε ενώ στην booking έγραφε 475Ε με τη δικαιολογία της μετατροπής του νομίσματος. Που είναι είναι πολύ μεγάλο ποσό. Αλλα ακόμη και αν ίσχυε αυτό δεν μου έδωσαν καν την επιλογή να πληρώσω με μετρητά. Το πρωινό ήταν καθε μέρα το ίδιο και εντελώς αδιάφορο και σε χώρο εκτός του ξενοδοχείου.

Исторические факты-кроме исторической ,,физитки,, отеля, останавливались и останавливаются мировые известности.И на этом всё.Да вас встречают,да вам помогают,как и положено вещи до номера.А вот номер...это наверное самое интересное...Пол шага вперёд ванная комната,пол шага комната, окно выходит внутр отеля.Откроете резко или по шире дверь в номер,можете попасть в зеркало,шкафа,который за дверью и мини-бар с холодильником тоже в шкафу.В общем номер,для малюток.Да и если вы привыкли или думаете у вас будет вода,её в принципе НЕТ!!! ВСЁ ПЛАТНО!!!А да если вы хотите что-то погладить вещи,вам предложат чуть больше 600 динар,а за скорость чуть больше 900.Зубной щетки нет.Завтраки в принципе пойдут, музыкальное сопровождение,молодцы.Не пускают в пляжной обуви.Да если вы хотите,то попробуйте пирожное Москва,оно только здесь настоящее и да возможно даже ,,попадется,,вам на завтраке, готовят конечно его везде,но здесь именно ОНО))Сами завтраки,нормальные.Стандартные,вы не увидите каких-либо илишек.В общем на твёрдую тройку.Если вы хотите ради интереса,пожить в историческом месте то да, возможно стоит взять номер по больше.Пару дней пожить и найти отель по лучше с обычными условиями проживания.

My wife and I were excited to be among the earliest visitors to this stunningly renovated hotel. Hotel staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm waned as we discovered that the hotel still has some way to go before we could confidently recommend it to others. Issues started cropping up shortly after check-in. Our key card for the room didn’t work, and took several trips back and forth before it was properly activated. In our room, the air conditioning was non-functional, with the temperature remaining at 26°C / 79°F. Despite bringing this to the attention of multiple staff members, the problem remained unresolved. After an uncomfortable first night of attempting to sleep in a warm room, the hotel offered to change our room. We undertook the task of relocating from the 5th floor to the 2nd floor, only to realize that the AC in the new room wasn't working either, with no solution from the staff. It left us wondering why the room wasn't checked for proper functioning before having us move. In the second room, we noticed peculiar marks on the sheets. Pulling them back, we encountered bugs crawling on the mattress, leaving us feeling repulsed. We checked out, providing the front desk with photos and details of the situation. They offered no support or refund, only an apology and said they’ll call an exterminator. Pros: * Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant * Excellent inclusive breakfast * Upscale design elements Cons: * Presence of bugs/insects on the mattress (I won't speculate on the type) * Non functioning AC * Showers leak, leading to bathroom flooding * Automatic closet light turns off when opened and remains on when closed, causing light leakage into the room at night * Absence of top sheets on the bed

The hotel is situated in a great place, easy walking distance to the centre with all the restaurants and bars. We came for West Ham’s game in Backa Topola - we hired a car at the airport. There’s no parking at the hotel as it’s in a pedestrianised area. We were advised to park in a car park round the corner which could be quite a walk if you had luggage. The hotel is in a building with many floors and is on the fifth floor. There is a lift but it’s very tiny. Otherwise it’s a long climb. Once up there the check in was very smooth - we were too early but they looked after our luggage. The room was adequate , nice and warm and clean. The shower was excellent. A good place to stay in Belgrade.

I stayed one night at the Location Hotel so didn't spend very long there. The hotel was fine and the room was clean and comfortable. Despite the room facing on to a road and being on the ground floor, it wasn't noisy at all. Finding parking was very difficult but that's not surprising given the the town centre location. The hotel did have a reserved space outside which cost €12 per night. The location was excellent, being close to shops and a 10min walk to the main square.

非常棒，有家的感覺，服務人員態度非常好，都懂英語，出行也特別方便，酒店在中心點，晚上出來逛街吃吃喝喝都很方便，酒店很有設計感，打開窗戶一條幽靜的小巷，安靜迷人，餐廳早餐豐富美味，精美的點心非常好吃，走的時候還給了我一包餅乾🍪，太好吃了，特別推薦大家去住，停車🅿️的話，每天付1500當地的費用（差不多12歐元）走幾步就到酒店了。總之乾淨舒適

Bell albergo a Belgrado nella nuova zona water front ancora in costruzione , situato in una stradina tranquilla a pochi passi dalla via centrale delle ambasciate a 15 Min a piedi dall'ambasciata italiana e dalla chiesa ortodossa. vicinissimo al nuovo centro commerciale e ai modernissimi locali lungo il fiume Sava, dove si può passare una piacevole serata . albergo molto bello. curato. di design. personale cortese e professionale. camere di dimensioni adeguate, letto comodissimo. pulizia eccellente. aria condizionata, grande doccia, TV e wifi in camera. ottima colazione continentale fornita di tutto: dolce salato e cibi locali. bel bar e ottimi piatti dal ristorante interno. esternamente è presente un gazebo in legno dove poter fare aperitivo o caffè. facile da raggiungere dall'aeroporto, in quanto con la navetta A1 si arriva alla stazione dei bus e da lì 15 Min a piedi passando accanto ad un bellissimo parco giardino. molto consigliato

是剛開業的新酒店！老闆娘是中國人，老闆娘炒菜特別好吃，早餐給我們做了煎蛋，炒茄子，這個鍋氣誰懷念了我不説嗚嗚嗚。酒店是新開的所以設施都很新，也很乾凈，睡的很香。大家都很熱情，像回國了一樣，推薦！
