In breve viaggio con la famiglia a visitare Zemun, abbiamo scoperto questo residence, villa Akacija, un vero gioiello. A due passi da kej, da Gardoš, dal centro della città., dal teatro... Pulito, arredato molto bene, possibilità di preparare un caffè o tè la mattina, niente rumori del traffico. . Proprietarie molto gentili e disponibili,. Parcheggio è difficile da trovare(non incluso) ma la proprietaria ci ha gentilmente procurato un posto accanto alla villa. Consigliatissimo.

What a lovely little hotel in the hidden corner of Zemun! It’s just 5 years old and really looks brand new. It’s very clean and the beds are made and new towels provided every day. Bathroom has underfloor heating, which was such a nice bonus after a snowy day out! Front desk staff are all super-friendly and go above and beyond to help you. We got great restaurant recommendations, directions and advice for sweet shops all from them! The restaurant morning buffet is really delicious and there is so much of it! The staff there is also very friendly and flexible. One day, we wandered in rather late and there wasn’t much warm food left, so the cook offered to make us omelettes the way we wanted them. Nothing was too much! Another added bonus is that the hotel is located just around the corner from a very delicious Greek restaurant, Piatakia! It’s also just 2 kms from another fantastic restaurant, called Saran, and Gardoš Tower! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is not prepared to pay a lot for accommodation, yet is looking for a clean, modern hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet! Also, both restaurants I mentioned above get 5 stars from me! Delicious food in both!

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked a room through booking.com for three nights. On arrival they told me there had been a mistake (before i go any further i should say that booking.com resolved my issue and are in no way to blame) and that they had a room for me for one night only and had no space for nights two and three. ”Don't worry we'll refund you” they said, as if that solved the problem. I stated this was completely unacceptable. The manager's attitude to this was appalling. Roberto was on reception and clearly trying his best. He kept calling the manager Aleksandra Jordanov, whom made zero effort to accommodate me. Another female staff member on reception was also very poor. I asked for a cover note or something i could provide to booking.com to prove that this situation had occurred. Roberto agreed, but then the other female staff member talked him out of it. It was clear they were trying to avoid any issue with booking.com. Absolutely appalling. I was in Belgrade for a Taekwondo competition. At that point i had been dehydrated for 48h and not eaten for 72h whilst making weight. The only other hotel in walking distance of my competition venue with room available was double the price at 475 euros. In shot the staff were pathetic, the manager even worse. Do not risk this happening to you. The only person who seemed in anyway bothered about the situation was Roberto.

The hotel is located in the district of New Belgrade. There's a huge park in the area and in less than 5 minutes there're bus stops from where you can get to the city center within 25-30 minutes. The breakfast is diverse (buffet breakfast), recommending to try the apple quince pie. Be aware when you are taking shower, leave the water for a couple of minutes because the hotel is old and the pipes and the water could be rusty. The AC in the room was turned constantly on 30°C heat because the hotel is cold. The night light had some issue and wasn't working and the ceiling lamp wasn't even present. The staff is super friendly and helpful, both reception and maids.

Это не отель, а апартаменты. До достопримечательностей придется ехать или идти больше получаса, но это отличные апартаменты. Фото соответствуют, все новое. Дизайнерский ремонт. Стойки регистрации нет, за зданием какая-то бытовка, охранник или не знаю кто это был, дал номер, а рабочие которые что-то вокруг делают позвонили видимо владельцу. И он приехал к 14. В другом сервисе немного дешевле, но тут я плачу миром без проблем. Вообще, тут рядом много кафе и магазинов. Большой супермаркет прямо в соседнем доме. Скорость WiFi была 200мбит/с

Situato nella parte nuova della città, molto comodo per raggiungere L ufficio e con circa 9 euro di taxi si raggiunge il centro storico. Colazione buona e con buona scelta di dolce e salato, camera molto silenziosa. Pobjana alla reception ha fatto la differenza con la sua gentilezza e i consigli su come muoversi in città
