The grounds are well kept and gives a sense of peace and serenity. Dedicated area for guests to relax and enjoy the gardens and the swimming pool. Ample and save parking available inside the premises. Staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms, reception and dining room areas - wow!!!! Decor is very stylish, rooms crispy clean and everything that a guest might need is readily on hand (even an iron and ironing board). My stay was rounded off by very friendly and competent staff.

Me and my husband checked in at the Guesthouse on Tuesday 9 April and we stayed until Friday the 12th. We were warmly welcomed and within a few minutes we were taken to our room. The room was warm and welcoming. Beautiful and the bathroom was so clean. Always a plus for me. As we were there for work, the desk in the room made it so comfortable to work at. All of the staff was very friendly no one was without a smile. You could immediately identify all staff as they were all dressed the same. We have found a gem to stay at when we have to visit that area. Breakfast is a feast and not to mention the dinners. It is a set menu but very tasty and better than eating takeaway every night. The garden is a gem and you can sit anywhere. Looking forward to stay there again.

We stayed at the Excellent Guest House for 4 nights. We were very impressed with this place. Beautiful room and setting. The only disappointment was the dinner we had on our second night (the only dinner we booked) as we didn't have a choice and was served pasta, the one thing we didn't eat. Staff very friendly and they also offer a clothes washing service. Will visit the Excellent again

The staff was super friendly. Always greeted you when they walked past. Always smiling. Always helpful with any kind of query. The lapa is fantastic. We braaid every night. The pool helped to break the heat. Breakfast got us ready for the day.

It was fantastic! They live up to their expectations! Excellent guesthouse is definitely excellent! From staff friendliness to room cleanliness. Great value for money, even the food was yummy.We will definitely be back!

We must've caught you on a bad day cause of the way we were treated was unbelievable...we booked before hand we got there still couldn't find our bookings had to wait for like 2 hours whilst tired had a long drive...please check that with your crew

One may think a guesthouse is average, this one however is far from your average guesthouse. The service was excellent, and the staff are pleasant to deal with. Perfect place to choose from in and around the area. Highly recommended.

It is a lovely and clean place to stay. Pool was nice and clean and the garden well kept. Especially the decoration was beautiful. Breakfast was good. Owner and staff were so friendly, nothing was too much if we asked for something. I highly recommend this guesthouse.
