Christmas break with family and friends. Such a big hotel complex so much so it felt cold in the lobby and public areas if not somewhat quirky with waterfall and bird avery. Don't quite know why but was disappointed overall. Staff lovely. Hotel clean rooms nice and views beautiful. Too noisy, too big and yet too small for facilities fir the number of guests. One bar for evening entertainment. Was not good in my view the bar and seating area too busy. The p.a. System sounded awful so singers sounded off! Not that anyone was really listening or could hear above noise of the very many children. No quiet areas to play cards or games. Some guests left a lot to be desired with their drunken inappropriate behaviour.!! But that is not the hotels fault... Restaurant busy. Staff lovely. Food choices good but food more often than not was warm to L luke warm and No hot plates ever. Sometimes lucky as arrived just as some food being topped up. Not enough coffee machines to cope. Disappointed overall.

The hotel when entering gives a sense of granduer and high expectations. Came for a 4 night stay starting on 29th December. One outside pool open but as expected at time of year cold as not heated. There is an outside jacuzzi next to the kid pool and playarea. Asked about the indoor pool and was advised it costs €12 per child and €15 per adult for an hour in the spa and only in the morning no other options available. Snack food was warm burgers hotdogs and nuggets with the usual side of chips or a salad bar of hard boiled eggs lettuce peppers olives and a pasta of some sort. The main restaurant food was good with lots of variety and plenty of local fare to try. The staff were very slick and professional throughout and tried to make every query achievable. The mini golf needs completely replacing as crumbling and ball kept getting stuck inside tunnels and obstacles with exposed re bar on certain holes. The rooms are dated and run down with chipped mirrors loose fittings and limescale encrusted taps etc. The sliding doors don't seal properly and it was noisy and the smell of others smoking on their balconies coming into the room. Beds were decent and got a good sleep once you were able to sleep. All a la carte restaurants were closed just buffet available. On site mini mart is mega expensive. It does have a 3 lane bowling alley for €3 per player for 10 frames and a decent arcade for the kids. Other than that nothing else really to do. It's a fair walk to the beach and nothing in the waterpark area open. It was advertised by jet 2 as a 4* never more than a 3*. Taxi cost 37 euros from airport one way. Its about a 15 min taxi ride into benalemdena or fuengirola to visit nearby attractions. The NYE 6 course meal and party were absolutely brilliant and put scotland to shame for party . The morning of new year's eve we were awoken to the sounds of a trio of tenors singing classical songs in the main foyer. For its downs the staff food and sheer size and awe of this hotel make up for make up for. With all facilities open in the holiday season we would like to return to experience it.

Went Saturday 27th April returned 4th May All inclusive first of all the food Luke warm at best or sometimes raw and none of the four restaurants that should have been open were.Entertainment none only if you can understand Spanish, no English TV not one channel location nothing near it cab ride to Benalmadena centre slash park was good for the kids but restaurant wasn’t open till the Wednesday of the holiday, hotel is clean and rooms are a good size.

Looked promising but a kid let lose in the pool. It was everywhere, they scooped it out and let people stay in the pool. Half an hour later kids club at very same spot! So no pool this holiday. Oh cocktails are AWFUL beer okay spirits are strong and burn your throat!

Fantastic hotel for families with small children our girls had a ball. There's kids club games room bowling 🎳 alley mini discos plenty of entertainment throughout day and night. Loads wee animals around hotel birds and turtles 🐢 kids loved it. Indoor spa was great warm pools only €15 per adult €12 per child for 1 hour booking is essential. Pools outdoors where great but too cold for our girls. I'd recommend going all inclusive as the hotel itself pretty far away from shops n *****. Shop in hotel does the essentials tea coffee etc. We had a brilliant time and would definitely go back. Staff are nice and helpful cleaning service is good. Weather was lovely only 15 mins in taxi to ***** and funfair sould Park kids had a brilliant time at that. All inclusive is great brilliant choice of meals.

Where do I begin we had an absolute amazing holiday.all inclusive is the best option. The rooms These are fantastic they’re massive great for families with the seperate living room kitchen and bedroom was great has microwave kettle and toaster all cutlery and plates pots and pans The beds I found comfortable and big plenty of storage places for clothes and cases the bathroom had double sink bath and shower and the balcony omg it was massive. The food We always found something to eat in the restaurant and they had different theme nights my favorite the Mexican night there was other nights Chinese night shellfish night there was a roast dinner one night as well as different pastas and sauces chips burgers hotdogs plenty of salad and fruit and deserts The drinks I think I tried every drink they had lol wasn’t fond of the cocktails premade with the breakfast juice machine where I prefer fresh fruit juices The waterpark was fantastic we where the most days sat at different parts of it different days The staff were absolutely amazing every single one from the reception to the cleaners which were round every day to the restaurant staff especially Marco the manager which went over and beyond for us to the bar staff and as well as the entertainment staff all amazing people We were here for 2 weeks and have booked again for next year I had my 4 year old and 5 month old and my other half we had an amazing time it’s created that u don’t need to leave the complex but when we did we just got the 120 bus goes from Torremolinos to fungeroila 1.55 per journey or taxis around 12 euro.

We were quite let down by the hotel. Although the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and looks impressive it is massively let down by its practicality. As a family with a 1yr old and 4yr old breakfast doesn’t open until 9am and dinner opens at 7pm!!! Children were starving and cranky by then . The food was not good & to be honest my husband will eat anything and he even complained. I feel food was biggest let down. Hotel advertise like the kids beach club is at hotel… BEACH CLUB IS NOT AT HOTEL. To get to the children’s water park it’s about a 7min walk down/up hill which could be a struggle for some. There is a shuttle bus every 15 mins. I feel this should be explained better before booking. A lot of the games in the arcade do not work. Time for a revamp and new machines! Rooms are clean but two smaller beds are pushed together to make “king” bed which can easily move apart and create a massive gap middle of bed. Husband and I slept on opposite sides which might be alright for some! lol. We took the local bus to the town which is a 15min bus ride. Make sure to have change under 10 euros. Cards not accepted. If I am honest the hotel has room for improvement. It could be great —but due to lack of staff, poor food quality and below average entertainment it lets it down. Hoping the hotel takes the criticism and improves as it is a beautiful looking hotel and could run so much better and has so much potential.

Just got back from this wonderful hotel, I stayed in the one next door over ten years ago so thought we would try this one out, It is just a shame it is let down by one or two staff members (reception and restaurant) check in could be made quicker, it was not even busy, We were looked down upon for what appeared to be us jumping the queue, we actually saw a person if front of us being served on the left hand side of the pillar, we then got rudely stared at when moving to the desk once other person was served, we then had to re-join another queue, only to find a few minutes later a group of six then arrived and queued where we had queued previously to then be served by another staff member, so that really annoyed us, at that point we had been in queue for nearly 45 minutes, once paid 25 euros per wristband we were told we could not check in fully until 1400 which was expected but could still use the AI facilities :-) 1400 came and again had to queue for a while, just to get the room number, had to queue to request a taxi on each occasion we wanted a taxi to go to Benalmadena Reception queue times need to be looked into, it lets the whole experience down Check out Puerto Marina shopping, it is great, 10-15 euros by taxi (20mins) Meals were as expected, plenty of choice. 11 of us were in our group (family) and first couple of days the restaurant accommodated us fine, used their radios to speak to their colleagues inside to get us a table, after a couple of days this changed to "we can only accommodate up to 10 per table.. which baffled us as they had recognised us at previous meal times, and on one occasion we got sat down, kids comfortable and I was approached and told by a staff member that there was too many at the table, I told her that they knew at the door and to "Communicate" I got a bad case of tonsillitis on my visit so did not need any hassles like the above, but as long as my family and children enjoyed it that was the main thing Our children 3/4 and 6 year old loved Kids Club (Thank you to the team) This is included free to all inclusive guests, open from 10.00-18.00 sign a form and leave the kids with the team, they do not supply food so make sure you take them out for lunch and nappy changes etc. If there is an issue (our eldest wanted to leave) their staff member called our mobile :-) everything you need is on site, shop, arcade, Indoor Spa which the wife loved, Kids play area, I did not use the outdoor pool as I know April can be a bit cold in the water, the wife and kids had a go and said it was freezing, pool side entertainment was also great and made the holiday fun for the kids, the staff were great with our children. we did not use the water park off site Rooms are lovely, our Air conditioning was locked in heating mode which was another annoyance as it got quite warm for sleeping for me and didn't want to have to queue at reception just to get someone to have a look at it so opened the doors instead. Excellent! Really had a great time. Food was great. Staff courteous and attentive. Spacious room as expected . Entertainment great, excellent work by Francisco attending to the children at the pool, especially my young ones and also during entertaining activities. Water park was not that much but kept my kids happy. Great views.
