They were so amazing I felt welcomed and safe.

The facilities were excellent and the staff was also very nice to us.

It has a indoor pool ! It is nice to have fun with kids !! The parking is free ! Nice room for a family trip ! The price match what we want ! Overall, it is good to stay for a night !

I’ve stayed here a few times now. Orchard Park Mall is across the street great for shopping and easy food options. Smittys is attached to the building as well for easy food options.

Right across from Orchard Park Mall and located very conveniently alongside major Highway. Several dining option within walking distance.

It was nice to have so many dining options in the area but disappointing that the adjacent Smitty Restaurant closed at 3 pm on the weekends.

Nice room, but traffic nearby was quite loud. We parked outside the room door and couldn't get into the room, so walked all way back to front desk and they told me you have to access room from inside hallway. Maybe tell me that when you give me the keys. That would have been nice. Overall good price and convenient with 2 restaurants.

Room was clean and since we had a room for pets you would never know there was pets in the room before we arrived

Nice stay in a convenient location. A bit loud on the bottoms floor but it’s understandable given the location on the highway. Allowed my pet to stay for a minimal fee which is appreciated. The front desk was friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stayed here overnight as our flight was delayed and we arrived late at night. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed and the restaurant in the hotel was very good as well. Good place to stay for families as there is an indoor pool. There's a big shopping center across the street and many other restaurants nearby as well. Would recommend to stay here.

Close proximity to the mall and breakfast restaurants. It would be nice if there was a park nearby but otherwise the lofts are great for families.

Quick and easy check-in and the front desk staff is super nice, helpful and it's nice to get all that with a smile on their faces. Thank you so much.
