Friendly staff. Rooms are very spacious and relatively quiet. Bathrooms are quite outdated. Buildings haven't aged very well, but rooms are in okay shape. Like all kelowna hotels, overpriced for what you get.

Horrible front desk lady was nothing but nasty. Double charged my card and said there was nothing she could do and I lost 300$

Great place to stay but it’s a bit old

They were so amazing I felt welcomed and safe.

The facilities were excellent and the staff was also very nice to us.

The room facilities are very old and the cleanliness is acceptable. The waiters are averagely polite🙄The coffee machine and the electrical cord are not working properly

The room is large, the soundproofing is average, and the gym has a sense of age. The location is great, right next to the main road, with McDonald's next to it and a shopping mall opposite.

The mattress is comfortable and clean.

This hotel is much better than the pictures!

The facilities are old, the coffee machine does not work properly and the electric base does not have power. The bathroom is dirty, and there are rags left on the towel rack, which should have been left behind after cleaning.

The location is very good, but the room is relatively small, there is no refrigerator, the air conditioner is very noisy, and there is no sound insulation. There is a lot of noise when walking upstairs and downstairs.
