Just returned from a weeks holiday here with my 3 kids aged 16, 14 and 11), upon arrival around 2.30pm (ish) our room wasn’t ready however we managed to get some drinks in the reception whilst waiting (approx 45/50mins). The room was spacious enough (2 double beds joined together) shame there was no balcony but still enough room for 4. I paid for all inclusive plus however upon check-in the staff aren’t reminding you of this…it’s a good thing to remember as it entitles you to your mini bar being restocked daily, welcome food pack, entry to 4 other Magic resorts (we went to Robin Hood and it was ideal for the kids, various slides and other pools…great day out!) other excursions, booking at themed restaurant, pizza delivery, branded spirits. So be mindful of this when checking in. If you want to use their towels for the pool there is a Charge of €15 per towel which is refunded to you when you check-out…these can be swapped at the start or end of each day. Also reusable plastic tumblers, charge of €1 as no glassware at poolside (this is also refunded to you when you check-out) you can also take your own refillable juice bottle. Pool area was always clean, entertainment was good. Only a 5min walk down a hill and you are at the beach, a few streets along is the main ***** with all the bars/clubs etc. Lots of lovely places to eat or drink. And there is also a McDonalds just a 5min walk away (situated at the bottom of the hill). Pool access is from 10am-7pm which was ideal…no early rises to make sure you got a sunbed, there is plenty! I found the hotel got very shaded, there is another hotel right infront which blocked out the sun from 1pm-5pm . Also if your taking kids there is no balls/inflatables allowed to be used in the pool! Food was good, variety of options for all, if you get the chance book into the onsite Italian restaurant-pizza and pasta is delicious!! Would visit again
