Stopped for a week mid April with my 14 year old daughter. Hotel very clean, pool freezing when you get in but soon warm up. Found all the staff friendly and helpful. Maid for our room was very friendly and nice and always cleaned to a high standard. We were half board, food was a bit hit and miss (to our tastings) but there are plenty of food spots in Benidorm, we did not expect to eat here a lot, and the cost of going Half Board rather than SC was minimum so we did it. Beer on tap is Amstel which is like drinking my drain water. A nice quiet hotel (really quiet at nights) away from the madness but not a long walk in at all. Would happily stay here again.

We stayed here to have a quiet place to stay near benidorm. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. My mum, who I booked this for, was so impressed that she intends to book again. Due to the good weather during our stay we spent time in the pool everyday and my mum enjoyed the wide variety of food offered on the buffet each night.

Stayed her with 2 teenagers and my hubby last week. Fabulous hotel. Lovely spacious bedrooms. Perfect shower/bath lots of hot water. Plenty of storage space for clothing. Lovely sofa in rooms. Rooms cleaned every day. Super comfy beds and pillows! Great sleep every night with no outside noise to be heard. Fridge in room.. Balcony with table and chairs. Buffet breakfast and dinner... Great variety of foods at both, all tastes catered for. Staff friendly and helpful at all times. Sliding door in teenagers room wasn't locking.. I reported to reception, inside 5mins the maintenance guys were there and repaired lock. 3 beautiful pools..one indoor, one outdoor and an adult only pool on rooftop. Bus stop outside hotel. This is a fabulous hotel, would have NO hesitation in recommending it to anyone. Would defo stay again.

6th Visit to this hotel, 1st in the last 5 years and without kids as all grown up. Perfect hotel still, staff are so friendly, rooms are massive! Without 2 kids in tow! Hotel facilities excellent, main pool didnt open till 10am, no running to beds like Tenerife, plenty of beds and shades, roof top pool open, hot! Opens at 11, bar up there as well, spent a while up there. Food still maintaining excellent standards more than enough across 3 sittings to have either cold or hot, take reviews about food lightly, if you want a sunday Roast or Burger and chips go self catering. One thing i have always enjoyed about the Deloix, not 100% British guests, the spanish enjoy this hotel as well, well because its in Spain! Can promise you they cater for all nationalities, and adds to the holiday. Just some minor points, feedback more than anything else, after the aerobics in the pool, they turn the music off, which was booed by alot of people in the pool, been here times in the past when the music was left on, maybe reconsider and leave the music on? This hotel has a strict policy of no inflatables, or ball games please be advised. Last minor point, would review the entertainment team, again standards have slipped a bit from previous years, maybe review what they are doing which isnt much or engaging, only going by what i saw on 2 occassions at night, as mostly out at night. Done a few things this year, went to the Benidorm Palace, reminded me of variety shows from the 70s, singing wasnt great, but Acrobats and Illusionist were great, wasnt impressed overall. Went to Alicante on the tram, great journey all along the coast, Alicante is a great place, beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. We also visited The Primavera Park hotel in the old town, has a great roof top bar which is open to visitors on the 17th floor. Amazing views! Overall great hols! Great Hotel, will defo be back!

The hotel was beautiful, very clean everywhere and the staff were so friendly. Good selection of food. I was half board with my very fussy teenaged daughter and there was something there for everyone. The pool was lovely, plenty of sun loungers for everyone and lovely pool bar. The room was very spacious and clean. Thank you hotel Delioux for a lovely stay.

Just returned from a four night stay over Christmas and was very impressed with the hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Everywhere was spotless, beautiful rooms and great facilities. Good choice of food and drinks not overpriced. About a 30 minute walk to the main area of Benidorm so in an ideal location, we will definitely return.

I am here right now. Half board means pay for all drinks including a glass of water with meals. Food OK but very little choice. Can't use snack bar as part of HB. staff very good but no help with parking mums mobility scooter in the garage. Walkways outside very slippy. I fell trying to follow mum to garage. Room is lovely, plenty of space with walk in shower... thank yo reception Nacho. Beer "pint" really not €3. Amstel. No mobility scooters allowed in hotel but its fine for kids to scoot on electric scooters & play football against the walls because they "don't see this". Very friendly staff. Beautiful hotel but if you come here All inclusive disentangle mean everything is included.

It can feel like an industrial cruise ship because of the size but the detail is there from the room service to bar service to the restaurant and Reception. Thank you.
