The staff member at check in was really helpful explaining the breakfast and dinner procedures. What was included etc. He also explained the hotel facilities and 24 hour front desk. The hotel had a great location in the Old Town a few minutes walk from tapas alley and the beach a 10 minute walk to the Mediterranean View. Thoroughly
enjoyed our stay at this hotel .

We did not stay in this Hotel so cannot comment on the Accomodation, etc. They advertise an all-you-can-eat Buffet for €12.95 including a glass of Wine & Bottled Water, which we thought was excellent value, so we decided to eat here one evening. The Restaurant was more like a greasy spoon cafe with extremely bright harsh lighting, and the food was absolutely disgusting - not much to choose from and the food itself was of a very poor quality and almost cold, even though we arrived there as the Buffet was opening. The Wine & Water were fine though!

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Benidorm Old Town. The hotel had been refurbished 2 weeks before our arrival and looks very chic and modern with a relaxing feel to it. Tapas Alley is more or less opposite the hotel and Poniente beach is a 2 minute walk away, if that. Shops, restaurants, bars right on the doorstep. Lovely welcome on arrival by Jose who was so friendly and helpful and gave us lots of information about the area. The rooms were super clean and spotless with a lovely hot shower and comfy beds. Fresh towels and beds made up each day. I would highly recommend staying at the Hotel Internacionale and we will definitely be returning in the not too distant future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Positives - clean and comfortable beds and plenty of extra bedding with it being so cold in this hotel at night Unfortunately I found this hotel very loud - Joe on reception lovely and actually acknowledged us unlike rest of staff - however from our bedroom we heard everything from chairs above our room to cleaners talking on stairs to guests up and down to the door bell during the night as the front door is locked after a certain point which during our stay was 1 am 2 am 3 am so as you can imagine we struggled to rest - we found this hotel chaotic !! And lots of children up and down slamming doors - there seems to be no management ensuring guests are respecting the hotel for others Location was fantastic right in the middle of old town On arrival we was told there been mix up with our room was now upgrading our room to bigger room Once we entering our room we realised there been no upgrade we gone from double to 3 single beds with hardly any walk way facing a yard and was also told due to this upgrade we was no longer able to have the late check out as this room was a popular room That was their mistake not ours I would not stay here again due to the loud environment during our stay

Unfortunately, if your a female the management will look straight passed you as if your not even there, they will then proceed to walk straight passed you as if you havnt even opened your mouth. The chef in the kitchen is lovely dark hared lady with a black chefs hat absolutely spot on. The receptionist today could do a lot to learn from that lady however as she's a lady he would probables just ignore her. I have travelled all over the works and sometimes there's miscommunication like today's have to wait 8 minutes for a coffee, (it was actually 5 but as I'm female my opinion or words did not count. The hotel itself is clean the cleaners work hard the cooks work hard. But unfortunately as I'm not male of Spanish I should of just sat in my room quietly, instead of trying to get a coffee 5 minutes before the dining area opened. Politeness never harmed anyone today I felt inferior ignored and humiliated. I would never stay here again and I would never ever recommend it to anyone,

My friend and I have just stayed in the hotel for 6 nights. It’s in a great position, very good location for seeing the old and the new parts of Benidorm. The rooms are fantastic and very very clean. The staff are very helpful. We met the owner when we first arrived, a really great guy. Made us very welcome. Jose on the reception was wonderful. Couldn’t do enough for us 😃. The was a great selection of food in the dining room, something for everyone. It has a lounge you can sit in. It has an open courtyard where you can smoke 😁. My friend and I spent a lot of time in there. It really is a wonderful place to stay. Go and enjoy. Me

Didn't stay here but had their buffet dinner one night. We ate here last year and it was ok but it was so poor this year. The buffet was €12.95 and a bottle of wine was €7.50 . The selection of food was awful - spam fritters ,flavoured rice, dry chicken wings , tasteless fish , tired salads , pasta with just a bit of tomato sauce all the cheapest ingredients they could think of. My husband liked a beef stew and I suppose that was the best dish . The food was really sub standard . Nice courtyard to sit in.

Nice location in Old Town. Lovely room on 6th floor comfy beds with sea view. Reception staff very welcoming. Only downfall is quality of food not suited to British cheap overcooked. Having said that if you only want bed and breakfast perfect as that is best meal of day.
