Ulasan Hotel Benidorm East by Pierre & Vacances

De primera cara el personal es muy amable, están a tu disposición y realmente son rápidos. Tiene buenas instalaciones aunque un poco extraño la manera en la que están repartidos. Ahora, para la relación calidad-precio y ser un hotel 4 estrellas deja mucho que desear, las habitaciones no las limpian bien, y no es que dejamos la habitación sucia, pero a primera vista se nota que no lo han limpiado sobretodo el baño. Los huéspedes pasaban corriendo y gritando por los pasillos dificultando tomar siesta o dormir directamente. La ubicación está bien, cerca de levante. De haber sido impecable sería unas 4 estrellas pero para mi no vale la pena.

Buenas instalaciones, buenos servicios y buenas comidas. El único inconveniente fue la última noche que los guiris no respectan… Aire acondicionado genial, horarios de autobús gratis hacia a la playa…

Instalaciones en perfecto estado, muy buena atención por parte del personal de recepción. Piscina cubierta y al aire libre, chiringuito para tomar algo. Servicio de bus gratuito que sube y baja de la playa que está genial porque hay bastantes cuestas.

Great hotel and lovely staff. Room clean as expected. Up a great big hill so not great for the walk back when drunk although hotel does offer a shuttle service it stops earlier in the night so not much use so the above problem. Lovely and quiet with it being out of the town centre/ beach area.

Value for money. Food good. Nice rooms cleaned everyday. 7 euros taxi to new town

The room was small, basic shabby & not totally clean. There was a small tv on the wall below it was a desk with a plastic chair not exactly a work station & no plug socket anywhere there to use. It said toiletries included so I didn’t bring any as only there 4 nights but that inc shampoo & shower gel that was it I asked at the reception for son conditioner as how else could I wash my long hair nope not inc I was told 😡 There was no tea making facility in the room so I asked could we have a kettle I was told you need to go & buy 1 at the shop. And to top it off I didn’t see anyway but maybe wrong that the hotel was at the highest point at the top of 4 steep hills cardiac arrest !! We couldn’t walk it so each time we walked down we got a taxi bk up at the cost of €6-7 !! Especially after a night out ! They do run a shuttle bus just to the bottom of the hill every 20 min but it was Xmas so times differed. Phoned down 1 evening as we didn’t go out & asked for room service , was told no sorry we don’t do room service. And to top it off we had a Spanish family next door but 1 who were in & out slamming door kids banging bk on it & shouting from 7 am so 1 thing we didn’t need was an alarm. Would I stay again or recommend it no definitely not !!

We really enjoyed our stay, the food was good and lots of local dishes to choose from. The property can be a bit noisy at times but this did not spoil our stay. Staff were really helpful and polite, would definitely stay here again.

ONLY HAD TWO NIGHT , I WAS VISITING A FRIEND SO DIDNT REALLY USE THE FACILITIES TO THE BEST. STAFF WERE VERY NICE AND THE GENERAL CLEANLINES WAS GOOD, HOWEVER, THE VIEW FROM MY BALCONY (ROOM 104) WAS NOT THE BEST AND WASNT HEPLED BY THE ROOF OF THE TEMPLE ANNEX BEING SITUATED RIGHT OUTSIDE BY BALCONY, THIS WAS LITTERED WITH CIGARETTE BUTTS AND OTHER DETRITUS THROWN FROM THE ROOMS ABLOVE, QUITE OFF PUTTING WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO ENJOY A DRINK ON THE BALCONY, AS THE ANNEX DOESNT SEEM TO BE IN USE ANYMORE IM SURE IT COULD BE REMOVED. THE BREAKFAST WAS ADEQUATE WITH A GOOD SELECTION OF HOT AND COLD. CAR PARKING WAS SECURE AND COST WERE OK, 15 EUROS PER NIGHT. DIDNT FIND THE HILL TOO MUCH TROUBLE BUT I AM QUITE MOBILE. THERE WAS A LITTLE NOISE AT NIGHT FROM LATE TIME REVELERS BUT THIS IS BENIDORM.

Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Safety deposit boxes were a bit of a fiddle. Safe in room would have been better.

The noise from this hotel was terrible construction going on all day couldn’t get a wink of sleep constant racket from other rooms , nothing done about it , up a massive hill and no bus in sight dispute the reviews staying there wss

Hotel was nice, but elevators were dated and fewer than needed. Otherwise a nice 2 weeks stay.

Courtesy bus useful. Taxis to centre arrived quickly but at 8 euros a time an unexpected added expense Nice atmosphere. Pool and staff great
