The hotel is well placed for the Benidorm palace and the beach. The hotel has good facilities . There is a good choice for breakfast. There was entertainment in the evening. Although it is only about 100m form the road it is very quiet.

Very pleasant man on the reception when we checked in. Hotel had parking and was clean and perfect for our 1 night stay. I had the unfortunate mishap of being robbed on my way back to the hotel and the night staff were very helpful. They called the police for me and helped find telephone numbers to cancel my bank cards. Will definitely stay there again if I ever go back to Benidorm.

The hotel in general and the staff are fabulous, but the food is honestly diabolical, I’m not a fussy eater by a long mile but I struggled, breakfast is okay, lunch and dinner though.. just wow. We’ve had to spend our money eating out most of the time! The sun beds are also caked in mould and need some tlc but the food let the whole hotel down undercooked chicken and meat in general, awful sausages, hard chips and the salad in the evening looks like the leftovers from lunch, barely a selection for pudding, really let down by the food, been saving for 2 years for this holiday and the food let it down, I mentioned it to kitchen and they just shrugged. Can’t fault the children’s entertainers though they were amazing, I’d stay at this hotel again but self catering or bed and breakfast

Went for 10 days with family and loved it, friendly staff, cleaners came everyday to make beds and clean the room if needed, food was great and lots of choice and entertainment was fab, close to everything, couldn't have asked for more, we will defo be back next year

The food was very good at breakfast and dinner. The rooms were small, especially with 2 adults and one child. Tea and coffee not topped up, but I have to say the maid service was very good. They even made swans out of the towels with my glasses on. The pools were clean, but not much room for sunbeds. All in all it was ok for 4 nights.

We booked 4 nights via easyJet holidays. 1hr 20 transfer from Alicante, 15-20 min stroll to the beach. We had 2 rooms(1 double & single each). Hotel was clean, comfortable and safe. The food was good and restaurant staff extremely hard working. The evening entertainment was good enough. Have zero complaints about our experience and would definitely consider staying there again.

Rooms are not very big but perfectly adequate for a sunshineholiday, they are cleaned every day and the cleaning staff are friendly nothing is too much for them. The food is very good both in the restaurant and at the snack bar. There is plenty of choice in the restaurant so even the fussiest eaters should be able to find something. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The pool is good with a separate area for younger children. There are plenty of sunbeds so whatever time of day you go down you can generally find one. All inclusive drinks finish at 11pm so the bar is busy just before that. Those are the positive points and my negative points are very minor. The first being I like chips but not every day...lol The second point is more of an issue, whilst there are plenty of sunbeds it feels like the one thing that has been done in the cheapest possible way. They are the most uncomfortable sunbeds ever, they are not adjustable so if you want to get comfy forget in. For what it would cost it feels like an unnecessary saving. All in all fantastic hotel and I will be more than happy to return, thanks for a great holiday.

The hotel is atrocious We’ve been here 4 days and can’t Waite to leave. If this was our big family break we would have been leaving early. The hotel stinks of bleach, yet our bathroom hasn’t been cleaned for 4 days solid. The staff are completely RUDE beyond words and treated us like children. Having to wait in line to sit at a table for dinner we’ve paid all inclusive. Being made to drink out of paper or plastic cups even though we’re not near the pool we’re sat on the balcony where the bar is. It’s also lies on the page saying it doesn’t have hen and stag parties. Yes it does. We’ve been woken up in the early hours of the morning with the fire alarm going off and people drunk and shouting in the early hours in the morning. The place is full of drunk people and the staff brand everyone in the same bracket. I wouldn’t come back here if they paid me. Jet 2 have been useless as always this is our second package holiday with them we won’t be flying again. The dining and bar staff are shocking. We’ve paid all inclusive and we’ve been told we can’t have tea and coffee in our room even though it says it’s included so that’s a con. Don’t come here it’s atrocious. We’re not the only ones who think so, there is 2 lifts in the entire hotel that half the time don’t work we’ve been stood up to 20 minuets waiting for the lift. You try and explain issues to the staff and they couldn’t care less just tell you yer yer ok ok and then do nothing. This has been the worst weeks holiday we’ve ever had a complete waste of money.

Well what can I say about this hotel except for it was amazing all the staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you it’s really clean and has a good restaurant too there’s something for everyone to eat you will find different dishes each night. Must say the best part was Natxo the entertainer he kept my boy and my friends girls amused for the full time we were there and they had a fantastic time with him! He’s the life and soul of the party. It was my husbands first time in benidorm and he’s booked to go back later in the year it was that good. (Cancelled our holiday to Majorca to go back) Would recommend having a stay at this hotel. Cant wait to return!

We stayed for 5 nights. Rooms are clean and spacious. They never refilled the coffee tea etc in the room. Nice swimming pool. Lots of space around pool. Totally enjoyable but food not to our taste. Good value and good location in new town Benidorm.

Here now on our last night , we've had a fantastic time , lovely hotel Food : Good choices always hot Bar: fantastic staff , good choice of drinks Room : small but clean and practical Entertainment: honestly some of the best hotel entertainment I've come across Staff: very friendly , had some good laughs with bar staff and nacho from the animation team Overall a fantastic experience I will 100% use this hotel again , very peacefull at night, but plenty of crazy night life a short walk away , my only 2 things I'd change in my honest opinion 1. Sun beds can't be adjusted so your always laid flat 2. Possibly a self serve pop/drinks machine at the restaurant to cut waiting time down , This hotel definitely feels small enough to care but big enough to cope !!! Already planning another visit !!

Stayed from 5th -16th May and was very disappointed. This was our 4th stay at this hotel and have always written great reviews but sadly will not return. On arrival at reception we were informed by a very rude man that we were on floor 6. I politely asked if we could have a lower floor due to disability as we had requested this when booking and were hopeful as we had been allocated these on our previous visits. He then after muttering under his breathe offered a room on the 3rd floor but managed to find another guest in our party a room on the first floor. As none of the rooms offered to us weren't ready anyway I said I was prepared to wait and see if he could find a lower floor as a higher floor is a safety issue in the event of a fire because there would be no lift. He eventually found one but told us we'd have to wait an hour before it would be ready which wasn't a problem. All other staff were very pleasant and hard working . Nacho and new recruit Tom were a great entertainment team, the dining room and bar staff seem to be cut back and the poor staff were run ragged trying to please everyone. The room - 2 bath towels and no hand towel for 2 people, not cleaned to previous standards . Maid for the first 3 days only made the beds. On the 8th day I dropped something and lifted the valance to find it but what I found was loads of hair and fluff that must've been there for ages under the bed. Returned from shopping to find toilet flush button broken at 6pm. Reported to reception who gave us the option to wait till the handyman started in the morning or we could pay for a plumber to fix it that night. Arranged for handyman and he was meant to come at 10 am but by 11 am we reported to reception he hadn't been . They said they knew nothing about it as it wasn't logged. Met four people we knew at the hotel and they told us that they and lots of others had been violently sick. This was confirmed when others were warning us about it as they had experienced the same. Two out of our party of seven were also ill. Thank you for the memories Regente and I'm really sad to be writing this.
