Juan took very good care of us, he sent the shuttle bus to pick us up at the airport, and was very welcoming and kind ,rooms are really clean and spacious, breakfast is very tasty

This place is beautiful it’s clean and close to the airport plus free shuttle!! And with the prices of taxi it’s worth it

Great place to try. Buffet breakfast is 420 pesos, quite expensive. Not sure if it's affordable in that zone or not. Need to prepare slippers and toothpaste yourself.

This new resort is exceptional. Room was terrific. Food was great. And the service was outstanding -- from check-in to the restaurants to the pool to the housekeeping. The team at the pool is really attentive -- wanted to give a special shout out to both Diego Aguilar and Luis Ortiz for all their assistance at the pool for the few days we were there. Highly recommend the resort and plan to return at some point. Last but not least, felt the security was quite good.

Haven’s beaches, location, and staff were amazing. Considering the price, we expected to not have the typical watered down alcohol/ meh food all inclusive experience, which unfortunately proved to be the case. You couldn’t get a buzz from the drinks unless you were injecting it straight into your veins. The only great restaurant was the Italian one. The coffee shop was also fantastic. The pools were beautiful, and there were always beach and pool beds available. The staff are very warm and friendly. Our jacuzzi never worked correctly and it turned out that you had to turn on the outside lights to get it to work, which we were never told. The nightly activities and the club are a bit cheesy, but the staff is doing the best they can. Big shoutouts to Pamela, Alfredo, Eli, and John, who were absolutely too notch staff. The rooms are beautiful and the rain shower is amazing! I think the overall value for experience is overpriced based on the food and beverages.

Great resort and close to the airport. Nice swimming pool and i like the cocktails. It is close to the beach.
