I booked this hotel through Priceline (all of the Priceline people were excellent). I asked to book a hotel where I could have a late check out due to work constraints (night shift as a health care worker), the Priceline member called this hotel, spoke with one of the staff, and told me that a late check out would not be a problem and I was given the rate. When I arrive, they don’t see the reservation and rebook it (and charge me again, Priceline refunded me for theirs, again excellent customer service on their part). The day of the late check out, I go to the staff to confirm it and am told I must leave at the normal checkout time (11am) even though I was told I could stay till 6pm. Since there are no other options, I’m forced to pay for another night. Absolutely terrible service from the staff here. Finally, my room smelled like smoke (a non-smoking room). Don’t stay here.

The rooms are horrible. Busted bathroom door. Bugs and many issues There was noisy people outside all night. Just an overall bad experience

I really enjoyed my stay and extended stay. The only issue was not with the hotel itself. I recognized that and the staff,owners and presentation was top notch. For the price I couldn't be happier with my time.

This is the worst place I have EVER stayed at. The place was filthy and the office team was rude and mean. I made a reservation with this Motel at 11pm at night did not go into the room until 3:30 am and what I encountered was horrific in BOTH rooms I reserved. There had to be something going on in the area because they were only one with rooms that late in the night. I encountered my first roach in the bathroom, them at the vanity and finally when I sat down to call my daughter who was in the other room, a roach crawl across my lap. I said that is it Im done. My daughter room was FILTHY, the bathroom was disgusting and even had underwear hanging on the shower curtain that looked like feces was on it. Her bed was clearing stained and the floor has literal sand on it. We gathered all belongs to leave. I called the office and he hung up on me, went there and showed him the videos and pictures and he got immediately angry and told me I brought them there and to leave. I called the cops and gave the cop the keys for I was NOT stepping foot back in the units. The Man in the office told the cop I would have to call back on Monday to speak to a Manager to get my refund because he was not authorized. Now why he just did not tell me that, or even offer me another room. HE DID NEITHER. I tried uploading the photos and videos but it keeps saying error.....

Should have been, could have been easily better. Little to no pride taken in the property. Though no vermin were seen, the place was generally dirty, run down and worn out. Very loud area/guests. Not a general feeling of safety.

This is the most disgusting place I have ever stepped foot in. We were in the room a total of 30 seconds, and left. I don't even know how this place is still open. It also looked like a VERY UNSAFE place to stay. Absolutely the worst hotel.

I'm sorry but this motel is not good at all. The room was in a state of general dis-repair. The mattress was misshapen and stained. The sheets were stained and there was no blanket at all. The toilet needs maintenance as it continued to periodically run. The flooring was very worn and needs to be replaced. Most of the towels were thin and need to be replaced. The shower fixtures were broken or very worn. The hotel has signs saying "No Pets" yet I saw multiple rooms with cats in the windows and I saw another "guest" entering a room with a large pit-bull. I use "guest" in quotes because it appeared many of the others at the motel were permanent residents. As a grown man I personally did not feel particularly unsafe but had my wife or daughter been with me for the trip I assure you we would not have stayed at the motel. I booked through ********** but upon arrival found out that my reservation was the wrong "code" so I had to pay more than I had been quoted. The TV and WiFi worked as expected and one of the staff members I spoke with was pleasant.

This was an example of something like a rooming house with the exception that everyone had their own bathroom and there was no kitchen only a microwave and mini refrigerator. It is masquerading as a motel but is long term living for individuals and families.
