bilik yg luas sesuai utk kanak2. kena ambil kunci at Genting Permai dulu sebelum masuk tinggal. semua kemudahan ada kecuali, berus gigi, xda house keeping, kena call if want fresh towel. Boleh masak, ada tilam extra tapi berbau & kotor la, so x jadi pakai. Bilik Tower 2-13A-3A.

Bilik bersih. Terdapat rumah kedai dan pasar mini di seberang jambatan. Agak mudah jika anda tidak akan naik ke Genting. Tapi kalau nak order grab food mungkin ambil sedikit masa atau mungkin dibatalkan kerana tiada pemandu. Walaupun apabila orang yang tinggal di sebelah atau di atas, kami boleh mendengar begitu banyak bunyi walaupun dengan pintu ditutup. Secara keseluruhan 2 minggu saya tinggal di sini adalah menyenangkan.

Stayed only for one night. On arrival, it was an easy and quick check-in. Big and beautiful lobby area. Rooms are big and have a very comfortable bed. Bathrooms are large with seperate shower with rain shower and includes all toiletries. Good location, surrounded be restaurants and food places are in less than a minutes walk. Mall and cable car station just 10 minutes drive by car. Booked room only, so next day had to pay for breakfast and noticed it was a bit pricey. Overall. love the hotel and would definitely stay again.

Bercuti dengan family, agak confused jugalah dengan lif dan parking but receptionist dia mesra. Nabila ada assist saya bawakan luggage saya maybe masa tu bellman x cukup kot. Terkejut saya sbab masa check in Dia bawa luggage pun dia . 😅😅😅Pool dia best!! Permandangan pun bestt!!!🤪🤪Makanan dia ada variety but confused nak pergi restaurant dorg sebab berlainan bangunan so kena turun lobby dlu. Staff dekat restaurant sangat friendly and toilet dia ada berbau sikit maybe masa syA dtg tu masa busy 😩😩 so far semua okay. Highly recommended 🤭🤭

Kakitangan perkhidmatan baik, kawasan hotel cantik dan hipster. Tetapi di luar kawasan umum, bilik yang telah diubah suai tidak bersih dan berdebu. Cadar kasar dan terasa gatal, bilik berjubin lantai/vinil tidak terasa seperti dimop, pili tandas sangat usang dengan 2 pemegang, tiada pengudaraan dalam tandas, kesan pada langsir, gel mandian/syampu/gel mandian. pada dasarnya adalah gel lutsinar yang sama. Saya agak kecewa dengan bilik itu. Walau bagaimanapun, nilainya untuk wang memandangkan terdapat 2 katil bersaiz queen pada harga itu, tetapi ia bukan untuk pengembara yang cerewet yang biasa menginap di hotel 4* dan ke atas.

Not recommended to stay at in Genting Highlands. 1) I make my reservation via call in and ask for a queen size bed for 2 adults. End up i got a room for 3 adults (1 queen bed + 1 single bed). I called down to the reception to have a change of room, apparently she said it was a complimentary upgrade and keep saying that is fine to give us that room but I did not want it. I insisted a few times only finally she agreed to change my room to a queen bed. 2) Toilet - Hot water keep going off after few minutes of showering and we had to shower from a hot nice bath to a icy cold bath. This should be fix especially with the temperature in genting highlands! Not to mention the toilet bowl, the flush is broken and it cannot be flused. Bidet has no proper handle to be hook. 3) The room is without towel or any floor towel given since the flooring outside the toilet was not carpeted, it was all wet every single time we come out from the toilet. Though upon check in, the receptionist did mention that it will send to us as the laundry people will be back but I find it really inconvenience since we wanted to shower the moment we checked in the room. Oh ya, the towel that was send later of the day but were smelly and with stained! 4) Bed sheet are all with stained - dirty stained and dry blood-like stained. 5) Room is filled with damp smell and wall and furniture is with all kind of stained. Looks like lipstick stain or I don't know what is it. TV channel were all unable to view except for like 2-3 channels out of I don't know how many channel they have. Really not recommended to booked this hotel. Though the rate is affordable but I think i could get a better boutique or budget hotel with this rate.

Tempat yg sangat berbaloi,sy dapat booking dgn harga Rm166 semalam,slepas tolak coin rm20,sgt jimat..tempat agak ke blakang berbanding hotel yg baru,tapi tak terlalu dalam..bilik besar,tv besar..sgt puas hati..cuma almari sgt2 busuk..kawasan luar pun agak berbau sebab berdekatan dgn longkanv besar,tp bila dlm bilik xde terganggu..kebetulan hujan..mungkin bau agak kuat..overall sy puas hati dgn harga yg sy dpt..lepas ni boleh stay lg ..yang penting nak ootd sgtlah cantikkk ya😝

Bilik luas dengan udara segar dan pemandangan lembah yang indah. Daftar masuk dilakukan melalui kiosk. Semak juga sangat mudah dan mudah dengan meletakkan ke dalam kotak. Ia amat mudah jika anda tinggal di sini dan menuju ke taman tema luar pintu Skyworlds. Namun, caj parking sebelah hotel agak gila. Anda boleh meletak kenderaan di Hotel Resort yang mengenakan bayaran sebanyak RM18/hari (Hujung Minggu) dan RM12/hari (hari bekerja).
