Welcome - we were greeted well on arrival As this was our last hotel on trip we requested for an upgrade. The receptionist said the hotel was full but it wasnt the case when we checked with housekeeping staff. Rooms - The rooms are pretty standard 5 star rooms with partial sea view from the room we stayed in. Service - The room service/housekeeping was very quick and efficient but the service at the pool restaurant was very dull and unwelcoming. F&B - The food and the service at the main restaurant was outstanding. This is what saved our good views on this hotel. The manager was more than eager to serve us well. Pool - The pool is very nice- very big and well maintained Beach- The beach was nothing special. Overall - A decent hotel with tough neighborly competition.

バワ建築のインフィニティプールがステキなホテルです。お客さんはスリランカの方と思われる方が多かったです。新婚旅行のような方も多かったですが、家族やファミリー連れも意外と多かったです。 ホテルは少し古いものの、作りはしっかりしていて、水回りも問題ありませんでした。 レストラン以外のサービスはとてもよかったです。レストランはランチで頼んだものが30分以上かかって出てくる感じです。しかも少し冷めていました。 朝食のコーヒーもかなり時間がかかって出てきました。ハウスキーピングや受付周りの方はとてもよかったです。

An amazing place, a paradise we whole heartedly recommend, for singles, couples and families, 5 min. from the beach. The hospitality of Koni and the family is deeply touching, their care and love unique, as is the delicious food Sunita cooks, the variety of dishes, curries and tropical fruits, yummy. The rooms are super clean and spacious, the beds and mattress made us sleep like babies - a perfect experience! And, the swimming pool a non-plus ultra to cool day and night! We will definitely go back as soon as possible and stay at Sankarest, and from there explore more of Sri Lanka with Sanka as our tour guide.

Sylvie and I would like to thank you for your excellent welcome both very professional and very friendly because know it, the villa club people will always do everything for your well being. We were picked up as soon as we arrived at the airport and those despite an early morning arrival then our room was ready from 8am. Left in circuit at 4:00 a person brought us a breakfast basket, you want to rent a scooter no problem more the situation of the hotel offers many possibilities of escape whether by train, bus, taxi, tuk tuk or motorcycle. Question meal we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Breakfast: fruit, buffalo yogurt, omelette and bacon and many other choices. Dinner: as you will see in photo we tested almost all the Sri Lankan specialties proposed and each time it was a treat. The chef and his team are on top. You want fresh fish a special request and Prasanna and her team will look for will satisfy you. Simple pool but temperature and cleanliness at the top ditto for the very intimate garden not to mention the extremely pleasant olfactory atmosphere and soothing mixture of smell of gardenia and jasmine. Room and interior of the hotel both simple and extremely elegant, colonial style and it is all the interest of the place the feeling of being at home in VIP++ mode and not in one of these factories to tourist sanitized and charming. Beach: Direct access, wild and clean ideal for late afternoon walks and swimming in the rollers. ⚠️The train ⚠️ It is very little present, a few trains a day of a few seconds but absolutely does not disturb your tranquility because it is not a TGV and on the contrary it brings an entertaining and exotic note, a kind of attraction. In conclusion these 7 days were wonderful and rich of beautiful meeting in a dream place. We plan to come back longer with our three children and it will be at club Villa as one of our bases on the West side. Bohoma istuh-ti all and take care of yourself. As soon as we arrived at Shinagawa Beach I felt like I was in a little slice of heaven. The greenery and the sound of the waves was the perfect backdrop for our holiday. We were welcomed with big smiles and a cold drink that made us feel right at home. Our room was a sea view suite and it was spotless and modern. The view from the balcony was stunning; every morning we woke up to the sun rising over the Indian Ocean. The bed was super comfy and the room service was fast and friendly. The best part of our stay was the private beach. Unlike other touristy places, Shinagawa Beach has a quiet stretch of sand where we could just relax and be together. We spent our days lounging under the palm trees, swimming in the clear water and sipping cocktails from the beach bar. One evening we dined at the hotel restaurant and were treated to a fantastic meal. The seafood platter was amazing, each dish was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The staff were great and made excellent wine recommendations that went well with our meal. We also used the hotel’s spa services. The couples massage was super relaxing and the perfect end to our days of exploring. The spa was peaceful, with soft music and skilled therapists who made us feel pampered. Overall our stay at Shinagawa Beach was everything and more. Luxury, service and location – we can’t wait to go back and do it all again.

Хороший отель на первой линии океана, расположен вдали от дороги и от города, в несезон поблизости нет кафешек и мест где можно покушать, поэтому питаться придётся в отеле, можно взять шведский стол на обед и ужин. Пляж у отеля это единственное место для купания в несезон, природный волнорез защищает берег и образует подобие океанского бассейна. Дружелюбный стаф, быстрое заселение, большой и теплый бассейн, на территории шныряют забавные барсуки/белки, вараны/это стало дополнительным бонусом к отлично проведённому времени. Те кто ищет спокойного отдыха вдали от действительности Шри-Ланки-вам сюда!!

The Muse property is cosy and private, ideal for couples or travelling with a baby or toddler. Having visited several times for weekend getaways and special occasions, we have our favourite terrace room. It is the perfect spot with its own balcony, sun bed and mini dining area facing the ocean. The Bentota beach is wide for long sunset walks. Like all Nyne properties, the food is simply divine, especially the Italian-inspired dishes and desserts. Service is on point, welcoming but not intrusive. We love the magical Muse and have never been disappointed!
