An exceptional place to stay - immaculate presentation, lovely staff, wonderful decor and a balcony with a view of the Obersalzburg. They even stored my luggage for the day whilst I was out hiking.Couldn't ask for more. Thanks again!

The location is good, near the town centre. There are lots of gift shops and restaurants nearby. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is great. The hotel also provides sauna.

Small and slightly dated but cozy room. Hotel staff were very warm and friendly! The breakfast was fantastic! Breakfast restaurant was beautiful and food was constantly refilled.

The room had a beautiful mountain view, a balcony, a swimming pool, and a garden. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. Everything else was great! The front desk provided a map of nearby attractions, which was very helpful!

I originally chose this hotel because hotels in Hallstatt are expensive and fully booked. I researched and found that staying by lake in Grundlee was an option. Unexpectedly, I was treated to a stunning lake view. The hotel is new, the rooms are large, and very clean and tidy! Excellent value for money!

This hotel exceeded my expectations, mainly because it offered great value for money, and the breakfast was very plentiful. It's located next to Berchtesgaden train station, about a 10-minute walk up a slope. From here, major attractions like Königssee, the Eagle's Nest, and Ramsau are all within about half an hour. The front desk and staff were very helpful and proactively offered to help me get a guest card, which offers discounts on city tax and public transport.

A male staff member greeted me with a "hello." It's an uphill walk from the station. The room had a coffee pot, a glass bottle of water, an umbrella, and a backpack (available for hiking), which was nice. Breakfast wasn't bad either.

I don't know if it's good or bad, I missed my flight and the room was damaged.

Everything was wonderful, incredibly friendly and concerned to ensure everything was perfect for the guest.

The room was very clean and satisfactory, and the facilities were very good. The outside looks a bit old, and the exterior is being renovated, but once you enter, you will find that the environment is very good. I arrived early to store my luggage. It would have been better if the hotel staff could have offered me a guest card at that time. I was not informed until I went to pick up my luggage and check in at night, but I had already paid to take the bus that day. The staff are all smiling and very friendly. The breakfast is very rich, and the hotel also has a sauna room for use. The location is 12-15 minutes away from the train station. You need to walk up a sloping road. The road is quite sloping. It was hard to push my suitcase, which is heavy.
