服務：這裏的服務絕了，全部工作人員態度超級好，而且很貼心。讓人想多呆好些天，還會再回來的！另外，早餐是點餐的，非常好吃，達到brunch店的水準，不是那種無聊難吃的自助。住客老外非常多，感覺很多人慕名而來，聽到有些人是第二次入住了。地點在市中心但是鬧中取靜，出門的小街道很多小館子，因為夏天，很多當地人在露天用餐，非常舒服。

Extremely central, everything is within walking distance including the light rail from the airport. Clean functional room with fridge and very comfy bed. Excellent breakfast, self service with a huge choice, very tasty. All the reception staff were friendly and informative, I wish I could have stayed longer.

Cute little hotel in close proximity to the fisherman’s market and about 8 minute walk to Bryggen. Was easy to get to with the airport bus (about 3 minutes from the stop) I was a bit worried about the lack of air conditioning as the weather was quite hot while staying, but it wasn’t a problem. I kept the dial continuously at -5, not sure if that really did anything. Friendly and helpful people working behind the desk at check in and out. Breakfast was a wide assortment of local and western foods. Liked the assortment. There didn’t really seem to be a worker whose job it was to clear tables as that process was slow. But there was space upstairs to eat. Room was very clean with big windows, but can’t see out them as they are stained. Bed was a bit soft for my liking, like really soft and the shower leaked out onto the floor, but I think it’s reasonable considering the other positives and the price point of the hotel. Would definitely consider staying here again if ever in Bergen.

The location is superb. Just about 5-7mnts walk to train station. Surrounding lots of food. Our room is facing the pond. Wich is very nice. We love the breakfast area. Spacious, pretty coz they put fresh flower on each table. Lots of food choices and Staff is very attentive and polite. Just that our room is at the corner and they forgot to clean the rubbish bin from previous guests. The room is not that big but there is balcony and I love it coz they split the beds and the area where u can take out your shoes (they even put a bench there) and hang ur jackets. Check-in process is pretty fast too. We reached around 3pm and the room is ready. It’s also walking distance to all the major attractions. If we hv a chance, we ll come back again!

PERFECT. The hotel is central, behind the fish market, next to the old port, right in the market area. They gave us a free upgrade and provided us with the sea view room. If I had known what kind of view that room had, I would have chosen it from the start because at night, there is no better view of the old port than from that room. The room was modern and spacious, as was the bathroom. Regarding breakfast, you won't miss anything; on the contrary, there were many delicious options. The staff were extremely polite, always smiling, and ready to answer all our questions. I couldn't have lunch at their restaurant because they were closed, but I will do so when I visit the city again. My experience was excellent. I urge you to book rooms with a sea view.

Attractive public areas with many examples of art . The lounge has a view over the water to Bryggen. The bedroom and wet room was large clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Kettle , tea and coffee is provided. Good central location.

Convenient location as it's close to all the attractions and transport areas. Supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. A good value breakfast with lots of options and lots of staff with smiles on their faces and very helpful. The rooms are a good size but not fancy in any way, makes it a perfect place to sleep, get ready and explore.

Comfort hotel is easy to locate. It’s in the city centre. Walking distance from the port, old town, malls, pubs, restaurants and many more. The staff were helpful and always in smile and help to meet the needs of the clients. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, rich and fresh. I have no complaints in overall. My room was clean, in a quiet area and far from the lift. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely comeback here when in visit again Bergen!

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Bergen on foot. There is a COOP supermarket nearby and few more others within walking distances which is very convenient. However, as the hotel concept is more SMART hotel so every process is done through machine including check in-out, luggage storage, etc.
