First time at this hotel and was not disappointed! Immaculate in every way, the quality of the mattress was amazing as was the shower in the lively room we were allocated. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was brilliant! Something for everyone whether it be continental or cooked. Tea and coffee in abundance. In the main hall, there is a tea/coffee station which is complimentary. Also, there are complimentary bottles of water in the hall. The staff are all friendly and professional. Definately intend to go back next time we visit Berlin.

at first we are not happy that most of the 10 car spaces in front of the hotel were reserved (presumably for VIPs). After waiting for less than 30 mins we were able to find a space at the back street which is free. The breakfast is good, free icy drink, coffee and hot chocolate are available 24/7 outside the breakfast room is a bonus, especially in summer.

I was told the parking in the street was free but got a ticket. The main floor was under construction/cleaning of the floors and the restaurant was not open in the evenings. I would have booked somewhere else if I had known the situation. not a 4 star stay

The hotel is nice, check in and out were a breeze. Very good service overall. The rooms are of a moderately good size and with a nice comfortable bed. Comes with complimentary tea and coffee. The room was quite in the evening and with good internet connection.

In previous years the hotel was extremely convenient for Tegel airport but now this has shut down it is about an hours ride by S-Bahn and U-Bahn from the new Berlin Brandenberg Airport. The hotel is clean and very comfortable with friendly staff that mostly speak good English and the breakfast choice is excellent. There is a large shopping centre right by the hotel and plenty of good eateries in the vicinity and it is a short walk to the lake where you can take boat excursions. A very good choice for business in the area.

The hotel is situated in a nice area, across from the mall and near the water.
The room was small, but sufficient for our needs. We were provided with coffee, hot cocoa and gluhwein, compliments of the hotel. The gluhwein was a nice surprise!
The staff was completely professional and friendly.
The only issue was the parking. Only a few (maybe 10) spaces were available on the hotel property. Otherwise, you had to park on the street, which was free, but available to everyone, so getting a spot could prove to be difficult sometimes.
Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice.
