"What an incredible hotel! We were staying for four nights in the Penthouse Suite. The room is amazing. Full of light at sunrise, very silent - the only sound are the birds chirping in the garden. Bed is very comfortable too. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of healthy and balanced options. Architecturally, the building renovation is a masterpiece. What I loved were the common areas of the lounge and billiard room. You can make your own (delicious) tea and chill or even have a casual meeting. I will definitely stay at Wilmina next time I go to Berlin!"

"When I arrived to hotel room, AC was not working in the summer heat of 38-40C and when I complaint about it nobody cared to reply. After couple of days of suffering without air condition, I learnt other guests rooms A.C also not working but hotel support lied about it and told me hotel is fully booked and they can't shift me to another room , infact A.C was non functioning since a month in this terrible hotel. They offered 10% refund which is not worth of money to just stay without A.C in this scorching heat in Europe. I am still waiting for their reply further which is almost 4 days now. Moreover, they have whirlpool bath and sauna/steam which was also not working for couple of days during my stay and again they offered some refund on this facilities not available. How can hotel expect guest to accommodate themselves without basic necessities and facilities in hotel? why one choose a hotel? If this hotel can not provide adequate services to guest, than they should shut themself off."
