Convenient and economical. There is a small supermarket nearby. Very cost-effective. I will stay here again next time.

We loved the breakfast buffet because it was varied and very rich. They also have amenities with which they receive. The room was spacious and the bathrooms are fully equipped with everything you need from conditioner and body lotion to a hair dryer. We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bed. In short, a great hotel from which to enjoy the city of Berlin. highly recommended

The NH Hotel was really excellent. The front desk was always manned and the staff was super friendly! The room was very clean and we had a great bathroom. Gladly again!

Everything was great! The decor could be a bit more modern but the service and location are great, especially for the price.

I was very impressed with all aspects of our accomodation. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The Staff couldn't do enough and were always available to help us. The Hotel is located close to the Tourist attractions which made it very easy to get around the Transport system of the City.

Dear Jirome D'orio, whom I met at the reception, I hope I remember his name correctly, he was a very warm and welcoming friend. I think you are lucky that he works with you. I also liked the environmentally friendly cleaning policy.

Fabulous hotel and staff. This hotel is 10’ walk to checkpoint Charlie, 15’ walk to brandenburg gate and 10’ walk potsdammer platz.The local bars and restaurants are easy to get to and loads of variety. We got a taxi to and from the airport at approximately €30 . The room was lovely and fresh with excellent facilities including fridge &tea and coffee. The shower was really powerful with lovely toiletries. Very quiet in the rooms so fabulous sleeps ever night. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and helpful staff and I especially liked the omelettes cooked fresh for you and the self service pancake maker. The environmental idea of opting not to have a room clean and having a free drink is just brilliant- well done nh Potsdamer platz overall excellent!!

On arrival, staff were friendly and accommodating. Check-in was fast. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was large. Facilities were good but the hairdryer was a bit rubbish. They have an incentive in place where you can ask for your room to not be cleaned and you receive a voucher for a free drink from the bar instead which I thought was great for the environment.

As always NH hotel keeps the highest level of standard. I liked this hotel in Berlin. Excellent location, super service, delicious breakfast, friendly personnel. These guys charge fair price and I will suggest this hotel both for business or family trip to Krakow.

A very clean and well arranged hotel. I only knocked off one point because the rooms are compact and lack some extra space for storage. But the staff are great, as is the location. A short walk south to Burgermeister and the Clash bar however late you arrive. Some good restaurants around too. We didn’t pay extra for the breakfast as we preferred to get up later and walk to one of the many local bakeries. We really liked the option to not have daily room cleaning in exchange for a free drink, that’s a nice touch. Our first time in this hotel, but we’ll return.

location is very good, my room was clean, but it was not possible to regulate the heat, so the room was very cold. I told this to the staff , but from they reaction, they did not belive me , so the try to explaine to me how to use termostat :-) Hotel is nice, but the staff needs to be trained and educated .

From our arrival the staff were always smiling and very helpful. The hotel was very clean, amenities good and in a great location to explore the city. The rooms were clean and had everything you need. The shower was really good and always hot running water. Beds comfortable. Breakfast and food excellent, really good choice and restocked on regular basis. During our 4 day stay teh staff were always friendly and couldn't do enough for us. A wonderful stay and would certainly stay here again.
