Do not stay here. The maid threw away our personal items (I had to go outside and find them in the big bins) whilst ‘cleaning’ our room when we were out of the room. The bathrooms constantly smell of smoke (like someone who smokes 40 cigarette a day) and can be suffocating, I found it difficult to use the small bathroom because of this, extractor fan didn’t work which didn’t help the air circulation.

Perfect location. Straight off the train, cross the road, and there you are! Ideal if you're on a late flight. Reception shuts at 10pm so make sure you let them know and they will give you access information. Very helpful. We arrived absolutely shattered at about 1 in the morning. Followed information and got to room o.k. Oh dear then it was a bit disappointing. Very little compared to the pictures on the site. It needs TLC!..desperately. It really is a lack lustre experience which is such a shame as the building and location are superb. Basically ....Basic. if that's what you want and you get it for a good price. Ideal. Charlottenburg is a beautiful place.

We have been there for a week in may! Staff is so kind and the hotel is clean, comfortable and moreover closed to S-Bahn and near to good restaurants and bar! Perfect! I think we’ll come back here! Thank you !

Da das Hotel überbucht war, uns das jedoch nicht mitgeteilt wurde, erfuhren wir das bei der Anreise. Als Alternative bekamen wir als Paar ein Zimmer, welches für Personal oder Montage Arbeitende vorgesehen ist. Ein Einzelbett im hinteren Eck des Hotels. Wahlweise hätte wir ein Klappbett dazu haben können. Das Klappbett stand bereits auf dem Flur. Der Zustand wirkte nicht einladend. Im Gegenteil. Eine adäquate Entschuldigung der Hotelführung gab es nicht. Die Betroffene Mitarbeiterin hatte die Botschaft, dass das Frühstück kostenlos sei. Das Zimmer selber war mehr als karg und kaum wohnlich. Abgesehen von den kaputten Jalousien und dem ständig stoppenden Fernseher, war es ungemütlich. Wor empfehlen das Hotel auf keinen Fall.

Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum, jedoch hat es den Vorteil, dass man sowohl in der Umgebung kostenlos parken kann als auch von einer guten ÖPNV Anbindung profitiert. Ausserdem gibt es zahlreiche Geschäfte und ein Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe. Ein Frühstück im Haus gibt es nicht, dafür wird man ein Cafe im Erdgeschoss verwiesen, dass gerade wegen Umbau geschlossen war. Das war aber nicht weiter schlimm, da es zahlreiche Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung gab. Auch für andere Mahlzeiten gab es genügend gute Restaurants und andere Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Leider hat das Hotel in der Corona Pandemie etwas gelitten. Unter anderem gibt es keine 24 Stunden Rezeption mehr und auch die Zimmer wirken etwas abgenutzt, sind aber vollwertig ausgestattet (Fernseher, Kühlschrank, Badezimmer). Eine Minibar gibt es mittlerweile auch nicht mehr. Trotzdem ist es im Berliner Vergleich immer noch ein günstiges Hotel, auch wenn die Preise stark angezogen haben. Positiv in Erinnerung ist mir der gemütliche Aufenthaltsraum im 1. OG in Erinnerung geblieben.
