Hotel berhampiran Stadion Wilmersdorf, Berlin

Ich habe - trotz des sehr hohen Preises - dieses Hotel ausschließlich aufgrund dessen gebucht, dass es sich in fußläufiger Nähe zu einer Freundin befindet. Da ich erst abends angereist bin und die Rezeption nicht lange besetzt ist, sollte mir vorab ein Zugangscode zugesendet werden. Am Tag der Anreise habe ich dann auch zwei Emails diesbezüglich erhalten. Und dann noch einen Anruf, ob das Downloaden der benötigten App funktioniert hat. Was mir jedoch weder in einer der Emails (auch nicht in der Buchungsbestätigung), noch am Telefon erzählt wurde, war, dass es diese Adresse zweimal in Berlin gibt. Ich war spätabends natürlich an der falschen Adresse. Somit wieder ins Taxi und wieder durch Berlin. Das Öffnen hat gut funktioniert. Beim Betreten des Apartments hat mich jedoch fast der Schlag getroffen. Es hat nach Essen gestunken, als wenn ich in einer Frittenbude direkt an der Friteuse stehen würde. Unerträglich. Die Fenster über Nacht zu öffnen, war unmöglich, da das Haus direkt an der Autobahn liegt. Und zwar direkt direkt. Hätte ich eine Reinigung oder neue Handtücher gewünscht, hätte ich das am Vortag per Email anmelden müssen. War für mich während der drei Tage nicht nötig. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig, aber wenig wohnlich. Von allen Seiten und durch alle Fenster von der Straße aus einsehbar - wie auf einem Präsentierteller. Auch ist es Geschmacksache, ob man es gut findet, dass das Badezimmer im Wohnzimmer eingebettet ist… Am Abreisetag musste ich das Apartment um 11:00 Uhr morgens verlassen. Um 10:45 Uhr - ich hatte das „Bitte nicht stören“ Schild draußen angebracht und war gerade auf der Toilette - kommt einfach die Putzfrau rein!! Insgesamt nicht das Geld wert und eine totale Enttäuschung. Nie wieder.

„+“ • nicely arranged apartment • very nice bathroom with window • no noise outside during the night so I could sleep with opened window • very balanced/rich breakfast (incl. vegan options) • generally clean • ecology: you can skip the room cleaning/towel change and get a free drink • puplic transportation: 8 min walking to the next subway station ~ • receptionists were very kind but some of them rather neutral/passive, some occupied themselves with their private smartphones as long as no guest was requesting their attention • the apartment on 19 m2 is officially an apartment because of the tiny kitchenette but it did not have the homely appearance of an apartment in which you would like to spend more time than in a normal hotel room • parking: all parking spaces in the street in which the hotel is were occupied but I could find a free parking space in a different street very nearby - • there were no towels in the apartment • the shower mat was dirty/used -＞ in both cases the staff helped me immediately • the kitchen in the apartment could not be fully used because there was not even a pot or a pan • the very few kitchen utensils were stored in a plastic bucket that was located in the open cupboard where you put your clothes and this bucket looked like a rubbish bin

The hotel is near the Savignyplatz station, which is a good area. Another plus was that the room was very clean. However, it should not be advertised as a hotel with a gym & sauna. The “gym” was a small room with a treadmill and a cable machine, and the sauna was not working at all. I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if the right information was available.

The hotel is very well located next to a metro station and in front of it there is a bus, M85 that takes you to the main train station. The Turkish place next door offers amazing fresh kebabs. The city tour bus is just 20 min walk or couple of stations ride. The room was clean, the breakfast was having good varieties. The only missing part was the air conditioner, but the weather was good and we could sleep the night without it.

Was a very nice experience. Near the wall, lots of shops around. Some great food options also. It was well looked after and super clean. Staff were friendly and helpful with any problems.

A hostel like accommodation. It is situated about 15 minutes walk distance from the central train station. Basic amenities are included in the room. It is highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay on a budget!

An excellent place to stay right next to the subway stop so very accessible to all parts of the city. Only 2 stops away from Checkpoint Charlie too. Room is very comfortable and cosy. All the staff were friendly and there is a nice bar in the hotel.

A very affordable option that you should look at if you do not mind the distance. It is right outside of the main city, but it’s clean and safe, there’s a fantastic local pub down the road.

The front desk staff was very accommodating in getting me into my room quite early after an overnight flight. Rooms leave much to be desired. Beds are very tiny - what a toddler would sleep on. Beds are very, very firm. Room and bathroom weren't very clean. I had my 'do not disturb' sign on my door and received a knock from housekeeping. Repeatedly. When I went to the door, thinking the sign must have fallen off, the housekeeper pushed past me, handed me my 'do not disturb' sign and insisted I replace it with the 'clean my room' sign. It is a 20-30 minute drive to city center. The area is questionable for walking around on your own as a female traveler.

I recently visited this hotel with my boyfriend and I was very impressed. We arrived a little before check-in and we were allowed to go to our room. the room was very spacious with an extremely comfy bed and amazing shower. Also on the last day our flight was not for a while and were were allowed to wait in the lobby after checkout which had lovely sofas and seating areas. It was quiet and there were people working in there. The staff were very lobely and was great for the price.
