Room is cozy and lovely plus very clean. Staff was helpful. Great location have tram station just in front of the hotel. Nearby old town is a minute away. I have a good stay here, recommend.

room size is nice, location is great, just a near walk to old town or you can use tram as the station is just in front of hotel. the room is clean and comfortable mini bar is free, though it only has 2 water and 2 sparkling apple juice bed is nice toilet is clean, no bidet as european standard, shower has big water flow, has both rain shower and handheld shower will choose this hotel again if i go to bern

Convenient location, great balcony view, very clean room, friendly staff.

The hotel has good hygiene conditions and the hair dryer is very useful. I like the layout of the room, and the bed is against the wall, which makes me feel very secure. In addition, the shower in the room is very good, the hot water flows out quickly, and the shower is very useful.

We did last min booking of this hotel. We arrived Bern train station, took tram #9 and arrived in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. Front desk was very efficiency to let us check in before their regular check-in time and gave us an upgrade room with beautiful old city view from balcony. The room is about the right size with natural and tasteful modern appearance. The coffee maker and hot water kettle are available in the room. The free city transportation ticket for hotel guesses are plus. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much.

Location is quite good as there is a tram station right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is great, gym is decent. ****** is free of entrance for hotel guests. Recommended.

Good and clean, location good

The hotel is good. The staffs are nice. All drinks in the mini bar are free. It is clean. I recommend this hotel to you.

The location of the hotel is located about 3-4 tram stops from the Bern station. There weren’t many amenities located in the vicinity of the hotel and they are mainly found 1-2 tram stops away. The good thing is that the city provides hotel guests with free tram transportation so you should ask the front desk about it. The room size was decent but not very big. The air conditioning did not seem to work very well and we had to open the window in winter to cool down the room. However, the minibar was complimentary and they provided apple juice, still water, sparkling water and beer (2 bottles each). The experience was generally consistent with that of a 4 star hotel and the price.

A very good hotel in a great location. The service is definitely 4-5 star. We were given free drinks once registering the hotel membership. The bathroom is well decorated and furnished. All facilities are new and stylish.

Is jus 4 bus stop away from the main Bern SBB. The hotel is spacious and clean and it is 20 meter away from the bus stop . Is good to hang around as there have Asian food and ****** at the Level 5. They provide welcome drink for the hotel guest at the ******

Very friendly service; rooms were functional and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but all buffet style; unless one orders pancakes, waffles or omelette; have not checked whether there are Eggs Benny on offer.
