Room size relatively smaller compared to other places such as montreux/zermatt, amenities also limited. The great thing of this hotel is the location, and lot of convenient store surrounding it. No need to worry about food and drink if u reach the hotel late. In short, recommend this hotel for small families and whoever first time visit Bern

I had a great stay at this hotel. The front desk ladies were friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. The room had a modern yet cozy decor and was very clean. The only downside was the shower room, which felt a bit small. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming atmosphere and cleanliness!

Good location. Only a few mins walk to the train station. The hotel has a laundry room with a washer and a dryer so it's good for people taking long trip who need some clean clothes. The only downside is the noise, especially if your room faces the street. If you open the window for fresh air, you'll have to deal with construction noise and car noise early in the morning

The hotel is conveniently located 5 mins walk from the main train station. Friendly staffs and enjoyed the free welcome drinks and ice cream. Hotels can provide free public transportation pass during stay

The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station. 20 meters to the left is the Federal Parliament Square. The scenery is very beautiful and the transportation is very convenient. Behind the hotel are various trams leading to all parts of the town.

This is the best hotel in Switzerland. The hotel is located next to the Federal Palace. After arriving in Bern at 12 o'clock, since it was not the specified check-in time, I wanted to store my luggage in the hotel. But the lady at the front desk directly gave me a room on the top floor, which was very private. And the bed is very soft. When leaving the hotel, the hotel gave me a piece of chocolate as a special gift.

超出預期，房間雖然小了一些但設施都很棒。打掃乾淨，工作人員非常耐心友善。下次來伯爾尼還會選擇這裏。

房間有點小，但位置好，就在市政廳附近。喜歡這家酒店的淋浴房，花灑特別大，下水也快，淋浴房密封也好。很多酒店淋浴房密封差，洗個澡衞生間地上都是水，或者下水慢，搞得洗完雙腳都浸在水裡。 床也舒服，睡得特別好。

호텔 직원이 너무 친절합니다. 위치도 정말 좋습니다. 호텔 내부도 너무 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 모든 면이 완벽한 호텔이었습니다. 베른에 오래 머무를 예정이면 적극 추천합니다.
