The hotel is conveniently located 5 mins walk from the main train station. Friendly staffs and enjoyed the free welcome drinks and ice cream. Hotels can provide free public transportation pass during stay

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Coffee and tea is provided free to hotel guest all day which is a plus point to consider especially during the winter time.

Perfect location. It is close to the train station and also close to many many street restaurants, amenities, shopping and supermarkets.

Liked the location of the hotel. However, we had booked it for a/c but the air conditioning was not working in any of the 3 rooms we had so it was very disappointing. Extremely hot and uncomfortable at night.

Everything about the Hotel was perfect. The friendliness of all the staff was remarkable and in the City centre. Wonderful!

Very close to the main station. Easy to walk around the city from the hotel or get any transport. Room was spacious, with plenty of space for 2 suitcases. Need to be careful with the shower - at the wrong angle it can mean that water goes everywhere. Breakfast available, but we didn't try it.

The staff were incredibly helpful and inviting. The room was well sound-proofed once the window was closed.

GREAT location about a block from the train station. The city of Bern gives guests free public transportation, just download an app and get the code from the front desk. We rode up to the alpine rollercoaster and it was fabulous! The Bearplatz (sp?) is right around the corner from the hotel and there are many things to see and do. On Tuesday and Saturday mornings, they have a WONDERFUL farmer's market with anything you can imagine. Also, the entire area seems to be great for shopping. Staff could not have been more friendly. We want to move here!!!!! Book it! You'll love it!

Excellent service throughout, really great customer service, the little touches really added to our trip. We had a group of 16 stay and everyone was very happy with the accommodation.
