It was great staying in such a historic hotel It made a great weekend special. The rooms were lovely we had a great breakfast. I'm a vegan and there was plenty for me. The dining room is a great venue. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's right next to and part of all the wonderful history of the town. it's a great place to stay and base yourself.

Absolutely amazing hotel perfect stay for our wedding night. Superb facilities and comfort. All the staff were friendly and helpful cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was luxurious, bathrobes were soft. The bed was warm, comfortable and had a fantastic night. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and plenty of choice.

We visited here last minute just for a meal as we were staying at a cabin 15 minutes away. The interior decor is absolutely stunning and the place was very clean. The staff are extremely friendly and prompt. We had a 3 course meal. We enjoyed every mouthful of each course; it was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. The drinks were delicious too (shame I was driving!). Me and my partner both got a completely glass of fizz each as we were out celebrating our 7 year anniversary which was such a thoughtful touch. I loved the open kitchen plan where you can see all the chefs working hard and plating up our meals. The price matches the food and drinks perfectly. The bill did include an optional service charge but we didn’t have doubts in paying it! We would love to stay in the hotel the next time we’re visiting Beverly and hopefully try this wonderful food again. 10/10, would 100% recommend to anyone.

We’ve had quite a few meals here all have been well appreciated. We had a recent one night stay in a feature room, which looked onto St Mary’s Church. What a delightful room tastefully decorated. All the staff are friendly and are a credit to the hotel. Will be back for a meal very soon.

Thank you to Andrew for making us feel so welcome at reception, Chelsea for being so helpful and sorting out the heating in our room and Lisa for being so bright and cheerful at breakfast. A lovely hotel, made all the better by the exceptional staff, everyone without exception made us feel so welcome. We don't think we have ever stayed anywhere that has had such a comfortable feel to it.

We were greeted by a wonderful team of staff at the Beverley Arms who worked their magic like clockwork. All the staff went above and beyond the call of duty. All were very hard working, polite and helpful from the chamber maids, to the dining room staff and the front of house staff. The central location of the Beverley Arms made it easy to explore with most things a short distance away. The staff worked like a well oiled engine. All staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, this reflected to us their dedication and enhanced our experience as guests. They all need a big thank you for their exceptional service. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. We also enjoyed our delicious breakfast each morning, not forgetting the beautifully presented food and service at dinner.

Location of the hotel is good and has ample parking at the back . Staff friendly and helpful We were in room 119 and it was very nice and quiet and comfortable. Great bathroom with his and hers sinks Very clean. Good breakfast in a light and airy dining area .

"It would be impossible to overrate our experience at The Beverley Arms Hotel. The accommodation was spacious with every possible amenity, but most of all it was the unfailingly cheerful, helpful and excellent members of staff who made the experience so memorable. It would be impossible to pick out any individual member of staff for praise, simply because everyone we came across was so cheerful, helpful and welcoming. We have stayed a number of times in this excellent hotel and every time it always exceeds expectations for the price. "I would ask that you give praise to our waitress Rosie, who was a delight. As mentioned above Rosie was excellent at her job, being attentive and offering good advice. We really enjoy our stay with you as the rooms are excellent and the facilities exactly what is required for a super stay. The small touches in room and attention to detail are greatly appreciated."
