This hotel offers great value for money, especially for Beverly Hills. I'd recommend spending a bit extra for a south-facing room, as the north-facing ones can be a bit damp. The bed itself is incredibly comfortable, and the hotel is quiet, which is perfect for adjusting to a new time zone. However, the building is a bit old, and the ceilings feel a little low. Also, the gym isn't open 24/7. Overall, it's still a recommended stay.

The room was spacious, and we were very satisfied. We changed rooms once because the previous room was a bit noisy, and the hotel was accommodating. Overall, we really liked this hotel.

The location is excellent, and the rooms are clean and tidy—these are its advantages. However, safety and privacy are substandard, and I would not recommend staying there. During my stay, the hotel delivered the wrong package. Despite a clear "Do Not Disturb/Privacy Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, a staff member knocked three times, entered my room without prior notice, and swiped their card to enter. In the United States, hotel rooms are protected private spaces by law. This behavior is a serious violation of privacy laws and constitutes a very serious breach of regulations. There was no reasonable apology throughout the entire incident; the housekeeping manager only acknowledged the violation at checkout. The management was chaotic, and the operations were unacceptable for a high-end hotel, disregarding the personal safety and privacy of guests. I felt extremely unsafe during my trip. The location is excellent and the room is clean and tidy—these are the only positives. However, the hotel fails to meet basic safety and privacy standards, so I cannot recommend staying here. During my stay, due to a wrong delivery by the hotel staff, they knocked three times and then swiped the card to open the door directly—even though my room was clearly displaying the Do Not Disturb sign. In the United States, hotel rooms are legally protected private spaces. This act constitutes a serious invasion of privacy and violates local privacy laws. It is an extremely serious violation of operating procedures. The hotel did not provide a proper apology throughout my stay. The guest room manager only acknowledged the incident when I checked out. The management is disorganized and the service is far below the standard of a high-end hotel. The hotel completely disregards guests’ personal safety and privacy. I felt extremely unsafe and violated during my trip.

The most surprising hotel was probably the top choice for Americans. It wasn't large, but the rooms were very bright and spacious, with a full range of tea and coffee options, and even a small terrace. Despite being on the street, it wasn't noisy at all.

The room was spacious and the service was good. The only downside was that the shower water wasn't hot.

It was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in Beverly Hills.

The best hotel, very comfortable

It's old enough, not many residents. They provide guests with handwritten welcome cards, which is very thoughtful. The bedding in the room is very clean, but there are obvious water stains in the bathroom (the kind that can't be washed off). Overnight parking is $70, which is a normal price for hotels in this area, but it's really expensive. However, I suggest that you don't stay in this hotel recently, because they are renovating, the rooftop swimming pool is closed, the restaurant has been moved to the entrance, and the breakfast is really just some terrible bread (the croissants are not crispy enough and feel like they have been stored for a long time). The platform and the official website did not explicitly indicate that they are renovating.

We booked a suite, which was spacious and comfortable, with a modern design, a dressing room, and a powder room. The hotel staff was polite and the cleanliness was in place. It was a very pleasant hotel experience.

This action speaks to how the staff pays attention to details. I do not often travel to the US and I am not very used to paying a deposit upon check-in (this is not common in the world), but here it was the highest of all the hotels I have been to, I was told $ 200 for 1 day of stay, which will be debited from your card, take this into account when planning your trip. When I arrived at the hotel, there was a very noisy renovation in the lobby and the hotel staff provided a deposit of $ 200 for food in their restaurant for this inconvenience. The service in the restaurant, as well as in the hotel, is also at the highest level for the USA, which is very rare to find in this country. Parking for cars is very expensive $ 70 per day, but there are many parking lots with normal prices within walking distance. Unfortunately, the pool at the hotel was closed until November, and this was not reported when booking through trip.com. The hotel staff said that I could find out from their website, or I should have received an email (it did not come). They convinced me that if you book through booking, then an email should have come with this information. The situation is controversial, perhaps trip.com is partly to blame here. They could not do anything about it, did not provide anything in return, this was a very big problem because we mainly chose this hotel because of the pool with a beautiful view on the roof and were left without it. They only offered to cancel the reservation and return all the money on the day of check-in.
