They are doing renovation this round, so can't enjoy their full facilities. Overall it is nice place to stay.

The room was spacious, and we were very satisfied. We changed rooms once because the previous room was a bit noisy, and the hotel was accommodating. Overall, we really liked this hotel.

The most surprising hotel was probably the top choice for Americans. It wasn't large, but the rooms were very bright and spacious, with a full range of tea and coffee options, and even a small terrace. Despite being on the street, it wasn't noisy at all.

The room was spacious and the service was good. The only downside was that the shower water wasn't hot.

It was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in Beverly Hills.

The best hotel, very comfortable

It's old enough, not many residents. They provide guests with handwritten welcome cards, which is very thoughtful. The bedding in the room is very clean, but there are obvious water stains in the bathroom (the kind that can't be washed off). Overnight parking is $70, which is a normal price for hotels in this area, but it's really expensive. However, I suggest that you don't stay in this hotel recently, because they are renovating, the rooftop swimming pool is closed, the restaurant has been moved to the entrance, and the breakfast is really just some terrible bread (the croissants are not crispy enough and feel like they have been stored for a long time). The platform and the official website did not explicitly indicate that they are renovating.

We booked a suite, which was spacious and comfortable, with a modern design, a dressing room, and a powder room. The hotel staff was polite and the cleanliness was in place. It was a very pleasant hotel experience.

I do not often travel to the US and I am not very used to paying a deposit upon check-in (this is not common in the world), but here it was the highest of all the hotels I have been to, I was told $ 200 for 1 day of stay, which will be debited from your card, take this into account when planning your trip. When I arrived at the hotel, there was a very noisy renovation in the lobby and the hotel staff provided a deposit of $ 200 for food in their restaurant for this inconvenience. The service in the restaurant, as well as in the hotel, is also at the highest level for the USA, which is very rare to find in this country. Parking for cars is very expensive $ 70 per day, but there are many parking lots with normal prices within walking distance. Unfortunately, the pool at the hotel was closed until November, and this was not reported when booking through trip.com. The hotel staff said that I could find out from their website, or I should have received an email (it did not come). They convinced me that if you book through booking, then an email should have come with this information. The situation is controversial, perhaps trip.com is partly to blame here. They could not do anything about it, did not provide anything in return, this was a very big problem because we mainly chose this hotel because of the pool with a beautiful view on the roof and were left without it. They only offered to cancel the reservation and return all the money on the day of check-in.

I really like the perfect hotel, location, service and breakfast. The swimming water is also at a constant temperature. Very comfortable suite. It is a luxury hotel with a good value for money compared to the gorgeous high-end hotels. Really should come again

One of the most satisfying hotels in Los Angeles, a little-known restaurant on the first floor. The food is amazing. I’ve never been there. I really didn’t know there was such a treasure restaurant hidden here. The room facilities are good and new. The internet is great and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Toiletries need to be requested and not provided proactively. The room cleaning was very timely and attentive. The location is great, just off Rodeo Street, a few minutes walk away. The only drawback is that the floor is low, close to the road, and a bit noisy.

The hotel facilities are relatively old, the cleaning is not timely, the parking fee is 70 dollars a day, and the service is very poor. I will not choose this hotel again in the future.
