We booked the penhouse, the room was big,but the balcony was all the smell of restaurant smoke ,we could not access to the balcony.The price is too high.

Great place to stay in lower Manhattan. Room was clean and comfortable. Very nice views on the rooftop deck. Staff were friendly. Short 10 minute walk from 4 different subway lines. Tons of food options around the hotel. Overall, an excellent experience.

the location is perfect. in the heart of Little Italy, walkable to Chinatown. 2 different train stations which can easily get around upper Manhattan or Brooklyn. It's a fine fine price for a king-size bed bedroom. Super friendly and accountable staff. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic little hotel just on the cusp of Chinatown. 3 subway stations within quick walking distance of the hotel. Quiet compared to other areas in New York with sound proofed rooms. Nice staff.

Fantastic hotel, very modern and convenient. The room is absolutely perfect, the shower very large. The staff is adorable, they offered me a bottle of wine for my birthday. And the Rooftop is fantastic!

First time with my family in NY. We stay for 2 weeks here and it was super. There is a tea and coffee bar for free. They offer croissant and fruits in the morning (first come fust serve). Umbrella for rainy days and support for New York. The Manager Morgan is the best. He is so helpful and give us good suggestions for our daily tours. Everybody was so frlndly. Subway is so near. Everywhere is conveniently situated. I would book it again for my next trip! Thanks guys.

The staff was really nice and hospitable. The area is good and it was mostly quiet. The room cleanliness is decent and the lighting wasn’t very good but overall it was a positive experience.

Wonderful stay! Much nicer than the pictures online, large rooms with private balcony. The room was extremely clean with super comfortable beds, large shower with handled feature, 4 complimentry water bottles and even little stuffed bears for the kids. The room was very quiet and the hotel is situated in the heart of Nolita/Italian market so walking distance to Soho and all the downtown attractions. I would definitely stay here and again and recommend it to others!

I highly recommend this hotel; I have been to NYC dozens of times and this hotel is one of the best ones I've stayed in. The staff are so nice and helpful, they really make this hotel stand out from the rest. The rooms are so cute and clean, and the rooftop is awesome, great views of ESB and One World, open 24 hours too. The area has so many great dining options and subway is very close, makes it a great location for visiting.
