It’s an old hotel with some tons of renewed. Is a good hotel. Stuff very friendly. The thing is my check in supposed to be at 4pm nas I get there 5pm and had to wait almost an hour to provide a room for me. It was PACK.

I was very pleased with the 2 Queen Deluxe beds. The room was very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here. Book non smoking and if you smoke. Smoke in your car or outside. There is a $25.00 per pet fee for pets which is nonrefundable and that's understandable and reasonable.
Breakfast is the usual waffles, cereal, etc. At least it's something. If you prefer a grand slam, take yourself to Dennys and buy it.
If you purchase the deluxe room you have a coffee pot ( the one in my room was missing a tube so it didn't work), the fridge and microwave worked great and I reported the coffee pot. Guests should always report issues. If you do not report issues then they will not be corrected so instead of writing a nasty review. Report the issue. Give the hotel a chance to correct the problem.

全体的には清潔だし、部屋も広かったので、とても良かったです。
早くホテルに着いたので荷物だけ預かってもらおうとしたところ、チェックインさせて貰えたのがありがたかった。
困ったのはエレベーターが全然来ない事、下の階だと来ても満員で乗れなかった事や、下からもエレベーター待ちで行列になってた事です。
場所は、リバーウォークもホテル直結だし、アラモ伝導所にもすぐだったので便利が凄くイイです。
駐車場は高いので近くの安い所に停めるのをオススメします。

Valet is $50/ night (probably standard rate).
I was able to receive a upgraded corner room on a high floor, because of my Hilton member status.
Accommodations were okay.
Power outlets didn’t work.
Fridge wasn’t working properly either.
Shower floor had a weird shower matt inside, wasn’t pleasant.

I recently attended a wonderful conference at the Plaza San Antonio Hotel and Spa. Beautiful rooms, amazing bed, loved the grounds and amenities. Special mention to Amina and Helena at the front desk for going above and beyond to make everything easy and enjoyable. A big thanks also to Chloe for the great breakfast service at Corinne, and great barista coffee to revive a jet lagged traveller!

We made reservations here as we were traveling by train from New Orleans and our trained arrived after midnight. I called ahead to let the manager know we would be checking in late and she indicated no problem. We ended up being even later than we thought and I called again to let them know we were in our taxi and headed to the hotel. THe manager was ready and waiting for us and got us settled in very quickly which we greatly appreciated. Room was very comfortable and clean and on the first floor which was very helpful since we were toting a good bit of luggage, Will stay here again.

SS CortinaWe were looking for a hotel near our family. We received a suggestion from Trip.com to take a gander at La Quinta Inn & Suites Sea World. The price offered for our lengthy stay was unbeatable elsewhere. I read the reviews and had a few concerns, but you just never know. Now, what I am about to mention I do not say lightly because I travel extensively. We arrived at the hotel after an exhaustive travel day on the road. We were greeted by a young lady named Samantha. She was probably the best front desk clerk that I have ever encountered. She was inviting, respectful and welcoming to La Quinta. She asked how our day was and assured us that our stay would be as comfortable as she could make it. She explained everything and directed us to the elevators. As we walked away, she reminded us to call on her if we encountered any issues and wished us a good night. The hotel was clean and safe. I woke up during the night and looked outside the window to check on my vehicle. I found a security vehicle stationed at the entrance of the property. This was good to see and put me at peace. The only issues that I had was the coffee and the room. I found the coffee to be Luke warm to cold on two occasions in the morning. As for the room, the hotel was a non smoking hotel, but I swear someone had previously smoked in the room. The aroma wasn't too bad but I could tell. It was tolerable but unfortunate. You trust visitors to follow the rules but not all can be controlled. A huge thanks to the best front desk clerk Samantha who checked in on us during our week visit. Thank you!

PPengguna TetamuI enjoy having a full size refrigerator, microwave and ability to cook if needed. I also appreciate the larger closet and drawer space to put clothes. The large walk in shower and larger bathroom is also nice. The beds sleep good and the a/c works great! Ruben the front desk person was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for the event we attended at the National Shooting Complex. Thank you for offering a shooting rate so families can afford to stay at your hotel and support their children's extracurricular activities.

However, they can work on valet service and the cleanliness due to mildew on the ceiling of bathroom. Lastly. I do wish I had time to try their breakfast but I wasn't able to due to my schedule, it's a nice touch though.

PPengguna TetamuMy kids for some reason wanted to come back here again, maybe it was the comfortable beds or the tasty breakfast, maybe both! I remembered it being clean and pristine which for the most part it was however the hotel needs to be maintained. Some of the amenities are in serious need to be replaced or cleaned, like the blow dryer from previous guest's hair. But, the comfortable bed, the neat and delicious breakfast, and most of all the service! I cannot express how impressed I am with the staff, I honestly looked past everything because if there is anything that I appreciate is my kids being provided with the same exact excellent customer service. My son just loved how the guest check personel addressed him to ”Mijo”, it was very comforting to him and truly gave him a real taste of what San Antonio is about.

PPengguna TetamuTypically when ever I travel with my dogs I book a stay at a Sonesta because the business is very dog friendly and ergonomic. I never before had any issues with my one very reactive dog at a Sonesta. So when I moved to San Antonio for work and was waiting on my furniture to be delivered booking here was a no brainer. The good: Laundry doesn't cost quarters, which is nice being between homes and staying for week. The little laundry facility is really nice. There is also a modest fitness center with some cardio equipment and free weights, in addition to a pretty decent pool, and basketball court where your kiddos can play. The breakfast is decent, and free with your stay which I always appreciate. The bad: Every single card reader to enter a room or the building is broken. My room hasn't received turn over service once, or had the trash taken in my week long stay; housekeeping keeps leaving notices that they were supposed to but didn't on my door. The thermostat resets to 85+ degrees throughout the day and night. Lastly, and what really soured my stay is the situation this location put me in with my dogs. I have one dog who's fine, and another who is very scared of everything and is reactive to dogs and people. I book at Sonestas because I have never had an issue with her at one, and I've always felt like I could keep her safe and not put her in any bad situations. At one point I ended up locked outside of my room with my dogs for over an hour; first I couldn't get into the side access door, then I couldn't get into my room. I ended up having to leave both dogs in my car in the heat of the summer, and get my card re-keyed at the front desk. Even after updating the keys, they still struggled to open the side access door a few feet from room and it would take several attempts to open my room door. Even before this incident the doors weren't really working, I'd have to swipe 5-10 times to get any open. After this incident, and my report that none of the doors work maintenance taken no action to correct the bad card readers, and nothing has changed. I continue to see the hallways congested with people also struggling to open their doors. I ended up making the decision to board my dogs at a professional site for the duration of my stay rather continue to put them in a situation where something bad could happen. I am very unhappy with this situation, and I will never book at this location again.

RRingo.There was nothing great or wrong about the hotel room. I arrived at night and wouldn’t recommend walking around that area alone in the dark . The listing states a $50 security deposit but I was charged a $100 deposit and trip.com customer service agent contacted the hotel on my behalf. I left at 11am and prior to leaving there was 2 separate knocks at the door to serve as reminders check out was at 11am.
On the Charming side. Around at 11pm I decided to grab my self an ice bucket which was located on the first floor, after I got my ice bucket and headed towards my room a young mother sat on the stairs smoking a cigarette with her two lil girls. And as I passed I said to the girls “excuse me young ladys” as I got passed them, the young mother apologized and told her there was no need for an apology , smiled and continued on my way . I could hear one of the girls ask her mother why I referred to her as a young lady, the mother replied with because one day your grow up to be a beautiful lady. The lil girls laughed and laughed, which brought forth dad. Asking his family what was all the noise outside about? The girls said with excitement that their mother had said they would grow up to be beautiful … and don’t know what else was said because by that time I entered my room. But the sound of the two “young ladies” laughing and laughing, did make me feel better.
When I woke, the day light revealed an industrial area of San Antonio TX I had never seen before.
I would stay there again.
