Hotel owner couldn't rectify the bad odour coming from toilets. Room had good view of lake. But balcony was shared between many rooms.

Excellent hospitality by hotel staff. Hotel has all the necessary things which we wanted. The swimming pool and dj music experience was awesome.

Lake view from the studio room was awesome. Rooftop restaurant with mountain view is an added advantage. Polite staff.

One of the most comfortable stays in uttarakhand till now with a very well maintained property, cleanliness 100% maintained, staff is very kind and helpful. Would definitely like to visit again. Recommended ton every family. And couples.

There is such a amazing experience. The resort is near bhimtal lake so you can do boating and some other water activities. The vibe is fabulous and refreshing because it's surrounded by nature. The food quality is really good. You can also celebrate your special occasion with such a good arrange. There are other activities near the resort, so you can enjoy there with your family and friends. The staff is really good and manageable. Highly recommend such a amazingly wonderful experience.

I have stayed at this resort for 2 times. This is the best property to have a very comfortable day at bhimtal. The place itself is very beautiful, rooms are very well maintained and spacious. Staff are very courteous. They work extra mile to to make you feel comfortable. Managers mr birendra and mr rakesh are very hospitable and quick to respond. Restaurant deserves a special mention especially mr jeevan and the great head chef. This is a great stay option for all people travel-ling to nainital.

The hotel said if they could not accommodate me because they did not have a Room for me. But when I had booked a new hotel for us and reported to trip.com agent suddenly the hotel said if they could accommodate us. Really stupid thing !! And they cheated us!! They didn't even refund my money, and they suddenly couldn't be reached during the cancellation process. I ask you to give me back my one. Because even the previous agent has confirmed and said if you are the one who experienced the miscommunication and misunderstanding but I bear the loss This !! Really Scam !! DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO EXPERIENCE SCAMS LIKE WE DO

Please don't ever think of booking this property. 1. I had whole night electricity cut off. So, not even fan was there. 2. Property fooled me by saying it's ac property but it is not. 3. The staff mr. Yadav is extremely rude and do not know how to talk to customers suffering already. 4. There were big bugs on the bed biting. 5. Whole hotel is old and many things do not work. 6. There is hardly any parking available for two three cars max for whole hotel 7. The entry is too bad. Difficult for cars to enter. If you want to save your money. Never think of this property.

First of all there is no lake view, you can only see a little through trees. It’s just like a lounge not resort, Food at hotel is not good and rent per day not deserve more than 1000₹ per day. Staff at property is totally unprofessional I my suggestion don’t go for this hotel.
