Hotel Bhubaneswar dengan Bar

Dear Sir, We have stayed on multiple occasions at the Taj Vivanta in Bhuvaneswar over the last three months. When we moved from Coimbatore to be with our daughter who was joining The Apollo Hospital Bhuvaneswar, we stayed at the Taj Vivanta while our flat was getting ready. Later when my childhood friend was widowed in Chennai , her daughter brought her to visit me to grieve together. We booked into the Taj in adjoining rooms with a connecting door reminiscing, laughing and crying, revisiting a precious friendship in a peaceful and comforting environ. The staff at the restaurant, the lobby and the front desk were extremely kind, attentive and courteous anticipating every need of my husband who was in a wheel chair. During this time my husband fell seriously ill and had a syncopal attack in the room. The hotel staff rushed to help with no holds barred. Within minutes they had mobilized the hotel car to take us to Apollo Hospital with Mr Chandan from the Security Dept accompanying us. He never left our side and looked after us like a member of the family throughout our entry into the ER and later to the ICU, even arranging for food and water for me. This happened on two occasions. The response was the same and the care and concern had not ebbed. We were admitted on Dec 28th and are still currently in the ward as we caught the Flu and are struggling with its complications. Who does that in today’s world of I , me and myself? Who has time for anyone else? Or for the elderly? I would like to place on record our appreciation and our gratitude. We will never ever forget your kindness and courtesy which certainly exceeded the call of duty. God bless you all, Deeply grateful, Dr Susie Samuel

Rooms were nice. Food was awesome. Thanks to chef who took request for pakhala thali although it was not being served in the evening.

The hotel is very nice . I came here for my son wedding and we spend very good time with this hotel. This is a 4 star property,but I want to give them 5 star . ...........................................All staffs are friendly basically Front office staffs . Well groomed, nice behavior.

Dear Simon, My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at your Mayfair Lagoon hotel last week. The hotel was upscale and serene. The hotel staff were welcoming, responsive, and professional. We loved the hotel ambience. It was my 2nd stay and both stays have been positive and very memorable. We dined at Lemon Grass and Mama Mia with relatives. Both the food and service were great. We also enjoyed the variety of options at the breakfast buffet in Tea Pot. Simon’s (Front Desk) help in getting foreign currency exchange done was amazing. Her customer focus and professionalism are true assets for a hotel like Mayfair Lagoon. Her efficient professional service with a smile makes Mayfair Lagoon hotel desirable and welcoming to foreign nationals. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We highly recommend Mayfair Lagoon hotel to our family and friends visiting Bhubaneswar.

I have reported at 1am, the staff was cooperative. Rooms are well maintained but mini bar is not functional and getting heating up. After my complaint immediately switched off. However overall satisfactory.

The managers, staff, and especially the chef were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience. Their dedication to providing outstanding service created a truly memorable stay. The cozy and comfortable atmosphere of the property, combined with their warm and genuine hospitality, made the visit even more special. Every detail, from the service to the care and attention provided, was impeccable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and delightful experience.

The staff at Trident Bhubaneswar were exceptionally helpful and truly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless. A special thanks to Mr. Sahni, Ms. Aditi, Mr. Aditya, Mr. Zikar, Mr. Zakariya, Mr. Ayush, Mr. Nilanshu, Mr. Rohan, Mr. Abhik, Mr. Rohit, and Mr. Biswajeet! Their dedication and attentive support played a pivotal role in making our event run smoothly and efficiently. This was, without a doubt, the best service we have ever received at a hotel. We are excited about hosting more events and staying at the Trident in the future. Again, a big thanks to the staff! :)

Service provided all are excellent. Had a wonderful time there. Food services as well as concert room are well arranged and well maintained allso . Hygienic also taken care properly on this hotel. All tue services are well and good. Rating a 5 star to this.
