We stayed here with 2 kids and had the most terrible experience and a scary one with itc welcome bhubaneswar. They're truly a blot on ITC as a brand. Their service sucks from room service to housekeeping. They will make the most basic mistakes and ask you for the food to be sent back so they fix it by reheating. Their towels are torn and give namesake housekeeping. To make up for it, they moved us to a "better" room, only to torture us with another harrowing experience. The FO manager and other senior staff are disinterested and show no respect to the residents apart from using emphatic words to just console but won't fix the issue or make up for it. Our booking was for 5 nights, but somehow their system showed it as a 3 + 2 nights, and with due assurance from the FO team, we proceeded to our room, only to get a call on our 3rd night stay that we have to checkout as they can't accommodate us due to capacity for the remaining 2 nights. FO manager Akhilesh Sharma with his word to make up for the room issue left us in a harrowing experience in the middle of the night searching for a different hotel since they messed up our booking. I wonder they even care about the guests. Do yourself a favor and DON'T stay in this hotel, better alternatives available with the same price. We literally watched our money flushed down the drain with this stay. #incompetent #dishonest #disrespectful #insensitive
