So it happens to be a business trip and we, my husband and I, decided to stay at Trident,Bhubaneswar. While it continues,I couldn’t stop myself from writing a review on how wonderful the stay is! So many of them to be appreciated however,I would like to recognize some who really make a great difference everyday making our stay a memorable one. Chaitanya, Trainee,Customer Relation.His humility and kind greetings everyday as we pass through the hotel corridor,humbles us. Prabhakar, Housekeeping, leaves the room immaculate.Is very neat himself and really takes care of the hygiene.Besides cleaning, Prabhakar ensures his body language is positive and pleasant all the time. Jakir, Manager-F&B, leads by example.He is a true reflection of a good manager.Not only he insures a smooth operation and great supervision but seamlessly adds to the team and extends his support as and when required. Ankush, F&B, has attention for details.Very proactive and extremely observant of guest’s needs and preference. Biswajit, F&B, one word-Finesse.Smooth service delivery.He has great communication skills too and one could easily imagine working him for the best, world wide. I saved the best for the last. A great team catering to multi-national guest list everyday, making everyone experience a truly comfortable stay with all Safety, Security and Service aspect in check is not possible unless lead by a responsible and detail oriented manager. Naturally courteous and humble. If I could round up what’s common among all these individuals working at different departments with a common goal, it would be Uniformity and Consistency. They work hard, everyday and I am certain they always retain quality guests. It’s not the amenities that one will fancy at this hotel but the staff itself making your stay, worth while. Room service is very good. In room dining food quality is prepared as per customer preference. Restaurant service is also OK. They prepared fresh fruit juice as per my choice. Behavior of staffs are also very good. Specially Bisaya who was very cordial and we'll behaved............. Served as the best

We had a wonderful family stay at this exceptional place! The accommodations were perfect for our needs, providing comfort and convenience for everyone in our group. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, attending to every detail with warmth and professionalism. The highlight of each morning was the delicious and plentiful breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options to satisfy every palate. We left feeling truly pampered and refreshed, creating lasting memories of a fantastic family vacation. We can't wait to return!

This is my first time to visit Ira by Orchid it is a very good hotel very good staff I really enjoyed my stay here the staff are very cooperative and food was very delicious and very tasty it was a worth of staying there thank you Ira for great service.

I recently stayed at sm hives and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to two significant issues. Firstly, the door lock to my room was not functioning properly. Despite multiple attempts to engage the lock. Secondly, i was surprised and disappointed to find that the hotel does not provide plates or bowls for guests who bring in outside food. Overall, the combination of these issues made my stay less enjoyable than anticipated. I hope the management will address these concerns promptly.

WE took 3 rooms for 2 nights for our guests who came from the out of state , and the left the hotel with carrying an extremely positive impression. They felt the good vibes and comfortable the moment of check in only, the reception staffs are very friendly and cordial, Proper cleaned and specious rooms , the food was lip biting , Combo meals are also nice ,enjoyed in relaxed zone the bar , This hotel is definitely recommended.
