I have reported at 1am, the staff was cooperative. Rooms are well maintained but mini bar is not functional and getting heating up. After my complaint immediately switched off. However overall satisfactory.

So it happens to be a business trip and we, my husband and I, decided to stay at Trident,Bhubaneswar. While it continues,I couldn’t stop myself from writing a review on how wonderful the stay is! So many of them to be appreciated however,I would like to recognize some who really make a great difference everyday making our stay a memorable one. Chaitanya, Trainee,Customer Relation.His humility and kind greetings everyday as we pass through the hotel corridor,humbles us. Prabhakar, Housekeeping, leaves the room immaculate.Is very neat himself and really takes care of the hygiene.Besides cleaning, Prabhakar ensures his body language is positive and pleasant all the time. Jakir, Manager-F&B, leads by example.He is a true reflection of a good manager.Not only he insures a smooth operation and great supervision but seamlessly adds to the team and extends his support as and when required. Ankush, F&B, has attention for details.Very proactive and extremely observant of guest’s needs and preference. Biswajit, F&B, one word-Finesse.Smooth service delivery.He has great communication skills too and one could easily imagine working him for the best, world wide. I saved the best for the last. A great team catering to multi-national guest list everyday, making everyone experience a truly comfortable stay with all Safety, Security and Service aspect in check is not possible unless lead by a responsible and detail oriented manager. Right besides the other representatives from Guest relation and Front desk,Rohit closely monitors not only the satisfactory service delivery to the guests but also excellence in all the services delivered. Naturally courteous and humble. If I could round up what’s common among all these individuals working at different departments with a common goal, it would be Uniformity and Consistency. They work hard, everyday and I am certain they always retain quality guests. It’s not the amenities that one will fancy at this hotel but the staff itself making your stay, worth while. Best hotel in Bhubaneswar.

This is my first time to visit Ira by Orchid it is a very good hotel very good staff I really enjoyed my stay here the staff are very cooperative and food was very delicious and very tasty it was a worth of staying there thank you Ira for great service.

Hi, we are happy to stay in this hotel. The room allotted to us was clean and neat. We liked the food, it was tasty and good. The hotel is near the airport and well-connected. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.
