Hotel berhampiran La Queseria, Bilbao

El hotel esta céntrico, limpio, nuevo... En ese sentido está muy bien pero nos pusieron en habitación para discapacitados, el armario era muy bajo y no podías colgar nada largo, la ducha era con cortina y se te pegaba al ducharte aparte de que se inundaba. La recepcionista, muy agradable y amable nos pidió disculpas y nos dijo que no había ninguna más libre y que en ese hotel la habitación de discapacitados era considerada habitación normal.

這次去bilbao的摘🌟之旅 訂了這家套房 不得不説北部的酒店性價比真的太高了 訂了套房 不僅客廳很大 有轉角陽台也很棒 雖然到的那天是雨天 風景真的我還是很好 設施：水吧枱小食品質很全 浴室有淋雨也有浴缸 衞生：非常很乾凈 畢竟是新的酒店 環境：我的套房在六樓 因為七樓是餐廳所有有點吵 我們朋友另外一間房在四樓很安靜 服務：服務生都很熱情 我晚上做了個spa 非常👌

It's a nice hotel. Everything you need is there. Good city part around. But the devil was hidden in the details. 1) Upon checking in, I discovered hair from a trimmed beard in the shampoo holder on the sink (while I was yelling and running around in circles my partner had just rinsed it off). 2) Centuries of dust on the shelf and TV. 3) The clock on March 01, 2024 is still set one hour ahead. at 8:40pm I get dressed and run out to a meeting by 9pm. which as it later turns out will be in 1.20 minutes. Answer: the technician is no longer at the hotel today, we will let him know. March 04, 2024, at the time of our departure, the clock is still showing the wrong time. And I thought: ”ok we can live with that”. BUT 3) The room is hot, it's really hot. We Germans and so used to sleep at +17 degrees at night (save money energy and its healthy))). Also my the partner does not tolerate the heat at all (Also if you have age changes or something else... It could be horror). The answer from the hotel: ”It's winter, the air conditioner only works for heating”. This we find out after we have been ”cooling” for a day and a half (but the hotel description has 138 rooms with air conditioning!?). 4) We get a fan to cool down. 5) I discover that the sheets are 50 percent and the pillows are 52 percent synthetic. ((at this point, I realize why they are so sweaty and sweltering to sleep in. I know its subjective). This hotel recived 3 out of 5 in my rating. P.S.: The glasses were not washed perfectly (it's just gazpacho, not oil paint and black tea) The toilet paper holder is positioned so that you hit it with your butt every time you sit down on the toilet, and when you sit down it rests on your chest

Hotel con instalaciones muy nuevas y ubicación buena. A 20 min andando al museo Guggenheim y 20 min al casco antiguo. Atención muy amable del servicio, con un detalle de bienvenida muy agradable. Cama y ducha muy correctas, gel de ducha con olor cítrico muy bueno. Gimnasio pequeño pero muy funcional.

We had a very comfortable stay in Hotel Carlton. It’s my third time to stay there. The location is fantastic. The whole experience is special. The rooms are very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room are very much appreciated. The little bar is nice for a nightcap after a night out. I’ll certainly stay again

I thought the sauna was included in our stay that’s why I booked the hotel. When I’ve mentioned it to the staff about not having an additional cost to it when you book online, they told me is part of the spa . This is very confusing as if it was part of the spa why mentioning it and not including it in the spa section . Spa and sauna are not the same and if it’s a cost to it , that should be mentioned. Anything else was amazing . Also they don’t have a separate cost to the sauna only ! I just wanted to use the gym and the sauna , no spa though! There was no possibility to book the sauna without the spa. It’s like 20 euros per acces not per day which I thought it’s a rip off especially when you are already booked with the hotel and you’ve paid for your room! Again staff showed no flexibility , it was either pay for something you won’t use or you don’t get it! Ended up not booking it because I did not want to use the spa , and I thought it was a lot of money (20 euros) to pay for 15 min use of sauna only.

Una experiencia increíble. Paisajes increíbles. La arquitectura de cuento de hadas.

Ubicación excelente...vistas a la ría. En recepción te dan todo tipo de información.. El desayuno excelente. ..Solo una pequeña sugerencia....el armario de la habitación...muy pequeño...solo se puede colgar la ropa en una parte...medirá menos de 45 cm. Excasamente un par de abrigos y una cazadora...y poco mas

lovely experience at the Autograph, staff was really friendly and the location was perfect - you could walk to many places. there are food available in the late night in the vicinity as well. the rooftop bar has a great view for an afternoon cerveza! room was comfortable and had sufficient space for 2 person.

A pleasant surprise this hotel next to the San Mames stadium, close enough to many points of interest in Bilbao. Very clean and with everything you need in the room and good quality as well. Breakfast was excellent with everything you could want, local specialities, champagne and wine, orange juice freshly squeezed, hot chocolate, a wide range of special teas, home made cookies and pastries, everything so tasty and diverse that it was a very difficult choice. The staff everywhere in the hotel was polite and helpful. Highly recommended for services and quality.
