The place was great for the price. The ****** was good with allot of choices. Our room was ocean front and the view was great! Big rooms and the bathroom was good. They did start some remodeling our first morning a little early!!!

It was a beautiful hotel with a awesome view, everything was perfect but the problem was that the bathroom area, the water easily get stuck in the tub, and the toilet wasn’t good flushing. Otherwise I recommend it.

Absolutely enjoyed everything!!! Accommodations were great and we loved our suite!! Morton's Steakhouse was also great!!! So glad we decided to spend our 19th Wedding Anniversary at The Golden Nugget! Looking forward to our weekend we have planned for next month!

Room was spacious and very nicely decorated. Very easy to park. Nice location with a newly opened wterpark right next door. Saltgrass Steakhouse just across ther road. Located right on the water.

It was our first time at The Golden Nugget. We were disappointed in the signage directions—we had to search on our own for the hotel check-in counter. Even though it was evening there were no staff on the floor to help and only one security guard was noted. We were celebrating our anniversary and were especially looking forward to the buffet meal only to find out it had been closed for sometime—even though it is advertised on your website. Another let-down was no slot machines available. Our hotel room was nice but overall the trip was disappointing!

We had a Queen Deluxe room but there was no small fridge or no small microwave. The room was clean. However, the pool was not clean. Empty cups were floating, bark from the mulch, bottle tops, bugs, etc. No to mention the bark and the bottle top had been in the water for no telling how long because they were caked with greasy sunscreen. Pool boys walked around with a whistle in their mouth or swinging it around on their hands when they should have had a big net trying to clean up the pool. Forget the whistle! Get a net boys!

It was a great stay. The pool area is very nice. We didn’t win any money but that’s expected. We did get free drinks by playing slot machines. My only bad review is the smell of smoke is everywhere in the lobby areas. Horrible stench. The room did not smell of smoke thankfully.

Everything was good as I expected, especially the surrounds on beach was fantastic.

Property was very nice the only thing was I played the machines fro over a hour never saw a waiter’s never was offered a drink. Not a one. Far as the rooms very clean but not one trash bag in the cans.

Upon arrival the bell hop service employee was terrible. He was not informative nor helpful. I ended up having to lug all of our things up. Thankfully another employee came and helped me get it to the hotel check in desk. The ladies at the check in desk weren’t the most welcoming, but they weren’t terrible either. When we arrived at our room the terrace door would not lock and the sheets were ripped up. They do not put liners in the trash bins therefore they were all rusted. When we called the front desk to see about getting another room, they offered to call up maintenance just to fix the terrace door. At that, they said it would be hours before it would be fixed. It wasn’t until I called again upon discovery of the condition of the rest of the room that they offered I come to the front desk and speak to the supervisor about the condition of our room and wanting to be swapped. They did switch us to another room after I spoke to the supervisor. When we were moved to this room it was on the 12th floor. The sheets were still in the same condition, ripped and stained. Because our room was so high up and in a corner we also did not have access to any wifi and we were told there was nothing they could do about it. You have to ask for an accommodation of a refrigerator, which you have to pay for, and you don’t have access to a microwave as there are none on the property at all. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel rooms were old and bathrooms need updates. Had to call maintenance for toilet. Hallways not clean.

It was a nice place, just not the best place. Noisy doors and paper thin walls. Didn’t like that my adult (18) daughter couldn’t walk from the pool to the room by herself.

There are good and bad things about this property, but I got such a deal on the room that I hate to complain. The front desk folks, house cleaners and Sportsbooks staff are rude but the rest of the staff I encountered were great. When I went to turn in my bet slips, the woman and man working the Sportsbook acted so put out to have to scan the slips. They asked me if I watched the games as if they didn’t even want to check to see if I won or not. Like I should have known and should not be bothering them. The ****** staff and people working in the shops were very nice though. My luxury terrace room was overlooking all of the generators and they were so loud it was crazy. However, the room was clean, there was a Starbucks with very little wait and the food in the sports bar was great!

The rooms need to be updated but it was ok no fridge or microwave for all that money was upsetting I feel like the put the ****** over the guest
