Recently visited this property one week ago. Such a beautiful resort I have ever visited. The staffs are very humble and always ready to help. Foods are delicious and quality is very good. Sonajhuri hat is just a few steps away. Will recommend to everyone to visit atleast once.

Worst behaviour of the manager Shantanu Goswami. They don't have any refund or reschedule policy. We booked two rooms gave 14.1k advance payment. But due to some unfortunate mishap, have to cancel the prog they didn't refund nor reschedule booking. This is really bad. They should consider the medical emergency as on peak the season they'll get new booking for sure.

This cozy resort in shantiniketan is a hidden gem. the serene ambiance, delicious food, and excellent service make comfortable and enjoyable experience. If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, this resort is the perfect escape. It's a hidden jewel that's worth finding

Property is in very good location with good food and room service. But bed sheet of the room should be more clean. I had a bad experience since i got teared bed sheet on both days which was not expected in such precious property. Ambience of the property is also good.

The hotel is good, but area of hotel is smaller. Very little open space in such a beautiful location. Food was tasteless, probably not cooked by professionals. First we took lunch and dinner, it was poor quality. Room tariff was high compared to hotel amenities.
