The place is very clean and it definitely has everything you could need in terms of amenities, both in property and in the suites. However, the concrete or tile floors throughout share every sound on the entire floor into your room. Also, know that if your room is on street side of 18th (not an internally faced room) traffic noises, hospital helicopters, and ambulances are many.

Mint house was honestly the best hotel I've stayed in. They have every amenity you need and washer/dryer. Walking in, you smell nothing but freshness. The lobby is clean and you are automatically greeted with smiles. Everyone was so friendly. I will have to be back in AL a few times within the next year and I already know where I will only stay.

Housekeeping walked in on us while we were sleeping at 8 am. No parking availability. Everything is virtual so there’s no one on site for issues. Will not be staying again.

I did not like not having a person available at the property. I did not like not have a sitting area in the room other than the tiny table and chairs. I did not like not having parking. I will not stay at this property again.

The building, lobby, gym and my room were exceptional and clean, loved it. I was lucky enough to be able to find parking on the streets 2 of my 3 nights. I parked in hospital parking structure the other night. Really liked that there were restaurants all within walking distance as well.
My biggest problem its its extremely loud because of the main roads and the hospital. At least a couple times a night you awake to sirens and every night cars are doing burnouts and reving engines at the intersection. I was there on business so I needed sleep. Was just a bummer I didn't get much.

I travel often enoughnfor work, and I really loved this property. Modern, clean, funky, high tech and a great location that includes a Publix very close. All good!

Tiny but very comfy & clean rooms with everything the traveler needs. Urban sounds abound but that's city life and it's really no big deal. Plenty of food & drink within walking distance. I didn't check out the Tesla but was very tempted.
