バーミンガムシティ中央にあるセントポール大聖堂の真向かいです。まわりには高級レストランやデパート、一本通りを変えればパブやカフェなど賑やかです。チェックイン時、私の日本アクセントと受付男性の南米アクセントでコミュニケーションが上手くとれなかったせいか、横柄な対応を感じました。ホテルは部屋もレストランも歴史的建造物だけあって素晴らしいです。部屋のバスルームが広くて気に入りました。

My stay at this hotel was pleasant. The room was clean with a convenient kitchenette. The polite staff and effective security system made me feel safe. The hotel's location was easily accessible, and nearby amenities were within walking distance. It would be great to have a cash machine on-site for tourists. Despite being a clean and comfortable hotel, we are still annoyed over their customer service when we wanted to change our booking as our pet died on our check in date. They would not change our booking. We did not want a refund just to move the booking to a date the following week. They refused.

This store is located near Snow Hill train station, surrounded by office buildings. There's a police station just 150 meters away, making it feel very safe. The hotel offers free breakfast; although the variety is limited, it's nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The rooms are very spacious with great views. Additionally, the shower has strong water pressure, making the overall experience perfect. The price is also reasonable! I would stay here again next time.

This place was perfect in every way. It was less than a five minute walk from the train station. You are in the heart of everything shops, restaurants, bars, the windows are soundproofed so you wouldn't know it. All staff are very knowledgeable about any queries we had. The room is spotless and has everything, crockery, cutlery, utensils, you need to be in a home from home. Will definitely stay there again.

Overnight stay for football games. In a good location and approx 15 nin walk to train station, definitely recommend and have stayed here on a few occasions, check in time is 24 hors, handy when flight is delayed. The rooms are comfortable and I especially enjoyed the hot chocolate available in the room

A very pleasant stay in a clean room with decent amenities. The bed was comfy and I didn’t hear noise from other guests, it was good to have blackout blinds too. The location was perfect for my conference and walking distance to the city centre (about 15 mins). The breakfast is decent and there are snacks and drinks available as well.

A very central location, with superb breakfast. We stayed at the heart of Birmingham city, with designated hotel parking lots at the basement (you have to pay extra for parking but £13 overnight is good enough). Free coffee and hot chocolate at the lobby. Room is comfortable and of good size. Interestingly, the bathroom door serves its dual role of both the bathroom’s and the toilet’s door. Breakfast was fantastic with ingredients to make a full English breakfast (minus the black pudding). Recommend this place if you want to be close to bustling heart of the city center.

Premier Suites Birmingham offered a comfortable and affordable night's accomodation. Right near the Bullring in the Chinatown district, we were able to rent two single-bedroom suites for ourselves and our teenage children for less than a single room in London. Each room was appropriately appointed with separate bed and living/dining areas, hot showers and full security. There was no after hours service and the very limited parking spaces need to be booked in advance, but there is parking available at a nearby facility for a discounted rate. Overall it was a pleasant night's stay for a very good rate.

Hotel is clean and tidy. Overall my stay was lovely. But have to comment on the staff. Extremely helpful going above and beyond to accomodate. I lost my charger and asked for directions to shop to buy one. The lovely lady at the desk lent me hers. Also helped me with some luggage that got dropped off for me. Lovely staff
