très bon accueil en général

Accueil, service parfait. Service et équipement j'ai mis 3/5, car la télé ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai signalé cet incident à l'accueil . Les personnes à la réception étaient déjà au courant depuis plusieurs jours mais n'ont pu rien faire.

hotel toujours bien situe pour un amateur de foot ou rugby avec pau fc et la section paloise .Je pense que l'hotel a besoin d'un petit relook client depuis longtemps on m'a signifié que le prix avait augmente, d'une façon un peu raide et severe, je decide donc de revenir mais sans les petits dejeuners sinon dans l'ensemble rapport qualite prix c'est correct et pratique pour moi et mon epouse

Bonjour, Je tiens à donner mon appréciation, car j'ai été extrêmement déçue du petit déjeuner. Petit déjeuner de 6h30 à 10h, en se pointant à 9 h, le premier jour il n'y avait pas grand choix, et le deuxième jour, les panières étaient vides, le jus de pomme était vide. Pour le reste, rien à dire......... au contraire, la chambre est spacieuse, et la literie est super, on y dort très bien.

Trop bruyant

A couple of minor *******: No complimentary shower gel: as an air traveller, I was relying on this due to the fluid restrictions in carry-on bags. Also shower curtain wasn't brilliant and the shower head was slightly faulty. However... Excellent proximity to Pau FC (purpose of visit) and Burger King just across the road for a convenient meal. The bed was comfortable and room had air conditioning. Reception staff were polite.

We arrived here following a long drive from the UK, after arriving at the hotel we were greeted by a sign advising the reception was closed and to head for the reception at the Campanille hotel, we were met by a very friendly lady who checked us in and gave us details about breakfast. We then walked back to the hotel and on entering the rooms we were nearly knocked out by the smell of tobacco smoke like someone had smoked themselves to within an inch of their lives, we then went to the room my daughters were in and this was even worse, so we headed back to reception to state the rooms were uninhabitable and the lady was apologetic and changed our rooms and we then returned to check these out, only to once again find the rooms smelling like a smokers death room so I returned to reception to be told sorry the management is not here so nothing we could do, so for my health after being in hospital after suffering badly with COVID and my family we had no option but to check out and booked into another hotel which had smoke free rooms. This hotel said we cannot stop people smoking in the rooms and could only apologise and if you do complain cannot offer a refund as no manager at the hotel also I asked the reception about fire safety if this is happening and got a shrug of the shoulders very concerning attitude to guest safety. Will be fighting this all the way and will never stay at a premiere classe ever again if this is how guests are treated.

Had no expectations what so ever for this hotel, well I did and they weren't good However Compact clean room, hotel in a great location. The Shower was a fantastic surprise (hot and powerful) The room so quiet Receptionist ever so helpful It's nice to be pleasantly surprised.

Bonne surprise. Nous devions aller au stade de football situé juste à côté. Nous avons pris cet hôtel car pas cher chambre pour 3 (1 adulte-2 ados). Et bien bel accueil, bonne literie. Bonne insonorisation car peu de bruit (et avenue sous les fenetres...). Chambre petite mais elle fait le taf. TV table. De quoi mettre les affaires. Comme toutes les douches cabine c est étroit mais idem ça fait le taf. Le buffet petit dej est très correcte. Possibilité d acheter des boissons et nourriture en machine et il y a un micro onde a dispo. Parking fermé la nuit. Bien place. Bref surpris du rapport qualité prix....

Un hôtel dans lequel je séjourne régulièrement depuis des années. Très calme, une literie de qualité, un petit-déjeuner simple mais suffisant. Le tout pour un prix très raisonnable. Sans doute un des meilleurs rapports qualité/prix sur Pau Est.

Correct sauf un manque de monnayeur pour les boissons même à l’accueil Campanile pas de pièces. Dommage. Surtout un dimanche PM. Par contre emplacement est idéal. Belle région entre montagne et mer.Béarn et le pays basque.
