Stayed here for a night away with my partner and the room was disgusting, there was a hole in the bathroom door where it had been punched, stains on the carpets and bedding and dead flies on the window sill. Couldn’t move because the room was that small. Tried to contact them prior to my stay to ask about parking and check in but no answer via email or phone. I was 2 minutes late to checking in and they were quick enough to ring me to find out where I was. Tried to contact them to complain but they don’t answer.

During my stay at this accommodation I encountered the most un friendly welcome and experience, we arrived to poor skill of positive communication and friendly behaviour. After the first encounter of host/person at desk they were never seen again throughout the whole stay, this was rather disturbing and uncomfortable under safeguarding and well being.

These bums live in the back of the building and the only time they show up to work os to charge people. I called to check if my lost bag got dropped off from the airport because they lost it and this clown got an attitude and told me to stop calling everyday about my bag and that it my bag wasn’t their responsibility. On top of everything, everything is broken. Everything is broken inside the rooms lol. Syncs, showers, shelfs are ripping off the wall because they screwed them into drywall lmao.

Having booked our night in Blackpool to stay I made the mistake of booking this soulless place , rooms were ok , bathrooms do look nice but not clean and the shower just warm , now having paid £100 for 1 night you’d at least expect if not breakfast maybe a voucher for a local cafe , for the price I paid , only saw the staff when they took money off me , no personality no hello no enjoy your stay just nothing , now I don’t say this ever but I’ll say this ignore all the nice comments on here they are rubbish, my advice is this DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE ITS NOT WORTH £50 a night

Best Hotel room I've stayed in Blackpool. Rooms modern. Love the gold bathroom. Rooms have fridges so you can bring drinks milk etc. Only thing most of the time it's a one man doing everything; housekeeping cleaning and even taking bookings. Need more staff. Open up the dining and lounge would be a plus. Otherwise will definitely stay again!!

Well over-rated from website!! Who has to ring a mobile number and wait 5minutes to get someone to the desk to check in?? Room was extremely compact and though it had the tiniest ensuite ever,it was reasonably clean but no room to move,and sadly NO aircon or bare minimum NO fan.. Ok for a 1 night stay booked on a 3rd party website at £27 but £41 if booked on own website which is shocking comparable with far better hotels WITH breakfast inclusive. No breakfast facilities at this hotel :( Stayed there once,wouldn't again but it was "ok" for a one-off. Bonus,parked free outside Leakage but shower not used?? Website makes it look far better than actual Would Rate 3/10 for stay but 9/10 for location

I don’t know where to start with this shocking experience, we got there and we were met with a reception full of guests.. one of the guests had informed me they had been waiting half an hour and there was no receptionist/staff too greet them after our wait which was around 30-40 minutes someone eventually appeared who was very short tempered and blunt with all the guests waiting, we eventually got checked in and proceeded to our room which itself came with multiple problems, from switches hanging off walls, a constant dripping in the bathroom tap, no hot water in the shower, the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept in, absolutely no air con in the room at all which in 34° heat was nothing short of horrible, we asked the receptionist for a fan to at least help and his exact reply was “no fan, no air con, nothing” he seemed annoyed we had asked. The next day we were meant to get our key card updated as we made two separate bookings to stay an extra night, so we waited again in the reception for any form of staff and decided to phone the number to get in touch with staff, after trying numerous times we eventually got an answer over the phone from the same rude receptionist from the night before saying he was “out doing his shopping” and asked if we could wait 15 mins, we waited and he showed up saying he was “at the hospital” completely lying and contradicting himself, sketchy and unprofessional experience from start to finish and then some, AVOID!!

Rubbish hotel ever, no air con and no fan. Lift was out of service so had to go by stairs in the heat. There are moths and flies about in the room. Bird poo on the windows. Bathroom towel rail was extremely hot and couldn’t turn off. Bedrooms do not disturb didn’t work either. During check in, room got checked in and when we got to the room, it was dirty so when back to reception and the guy from reception (Asian bloke) said ok you can find somewhere else and take your money back - bad customer service! Plug sockets were very loose and some of them didn’t work either. All hotels usually provide two room key cards whereas they only provided one per room! No breakfast and no nothing. For those that are will be staying in room 221, I suggest that you shouldn’t and shouldn’t ever book this hotel too. Decor was nice but overall it has been a terrible stay
