Elaine and Steve really are exceptional hosts who make you feel welcome the moment you arrive. There is literally nothing that they have not thought of from refillable drinks station, ear plugs, shower cap, toiletries, decaf and caffeinated drinks, a vastly stocked bar and so much more. We opted for the largest room with a super king bed which was very large by Blackpool standards and the attention to detail is fabulous. Breakfast is at a whole new level with cereals, a large array of fresh fruit, a variety of hot options which are delicious and freshly cooked. Then there’s toast with preserves and yoghurts. They also cater to dietary requirements with notice. We are dairy free and we could not of asked for more. Due to it being Christmas the guest house was decorated beautifully with sweets everywhere. It’s like being at home you feel so comfortable. To add to everything else the tram stop is right at the end of the road along with the beach. Just perfect. Thank you for a terrific stay 🙏

We have just got back from what we can only describe as the best stay we've had in Blackpool! Stephen and Elaine met us on arrival and promptly brought us a pot of coffee and tea along with biscuits! Heaven! Stephen was very quick to take us to our room and carried the bags 😊 They are the most friendly, helpful, warm and delightful couple, nothing was too much trouble. It's a beautiful, quirky boutique guesthouse with everything you could possibly wish for. The decor is outstanding and everywhere is spotless! The rooms have beautiful toiletries, a coffee maker, a kettle alongside a tray of every tea and coffee you could imagine. Alexa is there too and free WiFi. The bed was sooo comfortable, we didn't want to leave. Parking is there too, either outside the hotel or a few metres up the road with secure parking for £6 only. WE WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE BACK ❤️

Our second year staying here and I’m sure it won’t be our last. Wonderfully decorated B&B in a perfect location near the front but very quiet. Great hosts, cracking breakfast. Cosy bar area. This is an easy recommendation for anyone wanting a classy B&B near the attractions.

WOW Stunning, Immaculate, Impeccable Boutique Hotel/Bed and Breakfast. I have stayed here for the 2nd time between 28 October and 1 November 2024. Upon arrival I received a warm friendly welcome from Steve and Elaine the very hard working owners. A tray of tea and biscuits soon followed. My suitcase was promptly taken upto my room which was a kind gesture and very much appreciated and a kind gesture. I was veryimpressed with Room 1. It was immaculately clean and decorated and presented beautifully by the highly talented Elaine. Her interior design skills are amazing. The whole interior of every room is stunning. I enjoyed sitting in the residents bar/ lounge area each evening having coffee and brandy. All alcohol is branded and the charge was very acceptable and cheaper than hotels, restaurants and bar prices. Breakfast was cooked to perfection, served freshly and hot, tasted delicious, was plentifull and there was an outstanding immense choice. The wonderfull Steve served it with a smile, with efficiency and with a friendly chat. The Arthington Hotel is very well situated, located between the Tower and The Pleasure Beach. Trams and buses run at the Promenade end of St Chad's Road regularly. An added bonus is for £6 per day you can pre boom a car parking space secured with a locable bollard just a few yards from the hotel. This is an excellent and highly maintained hotel which is run by highly dedicated, efficient, friendly, outstanding owners who always go above and beyond to ensure that their guests experience a superb holiday. Yet again steve and elaine made my 60th birthday weekend very special for myself my husband and my family . .we all love coming to you because you make us feel very welcome and it's so relaxing , your rooms are just so amazing and just those little touched in the rooms go a long long way .and don't forget the breakfast, we'll WOW that's all I can say . We will be back again soon and as for us there is no where to stay .xx

Had the pleasure of staying here last week as part of a mother and daughter trip , from the moment we arrivex we was greeted with a lovley welcome , our room was stunning , the owners have literally thought of everything you could possibly need . Bed super comfy and breakfast was delicious, will definitely be visiting again
