Thank you for a lovely stay. The walking trail recommendations were fabulous. As was the Salopian Inn. Appreciate the attention to detail and cleanliness. The breakfast provisions and extras were so generous as well as being delicious. Would definitely recommend.

We had such a lovely stay though I feel that we should have stayed longer! Georg and Friederike were amazing hosts - so friendly, accommodating and helpful! The inclusions were generous and our cottage was lovely and comfortable. There are some great wineries within walking distance which is definitely a bonus! We hope to be back sometime!

This beautiful and peaceful cottage was the highlight of our vacation through New Zealand and Australia. We were in the 4th week of a 5 week tour. Georg & Friederike were amazing hosts and went above and beyond what we ever expected. They made great recommendations and truly cared that we would enjoy our three days in their beautiful area. We Thank them both so much for all the special touches. They are first class.

We arrived in McClaren Vale on a very hot day after a long drive. We were booked into Relish Cottage and it was absolutely lovely, inviting and very clean. Along with a welcoming bottle of Vino, we also had a lovely surprise of beautiful chocolate and plenty of food for 2 delicious home cooked breakfasts. We had a very relaxing and memorable stay. Georg recommended a couple of good places to eat and drink ;), which we definitely took him up on. Thank you for your kindness, we recommend you highly! We would love to visit again on a winter trip and enjoy the cosy fireplace stove... what a peaceful and scenic spot.

The cottage we stay in was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable and beautifully appointed. Georg welcomed us on arrival even though we eneded up getting there several hours later than intended and respectfully showed us the cottage. We were then left to utter privacy for our stay, even though the other cottages were occupied at the time, due to the clever layout of the accommodation and the considered planting on the property. Gorgeous breakfast supplies were provided and were enough to cover most of our 3 night stay. Thank you for such a wonderful visit, it was truly relaxing.

The hosts Friederike & Georg were very chaming and helpful. They gave us great information before (via email) and also when we arrived. The cottage was very charming, well appointed. The breakfast provisions were great. It's a great place to stay to explore the area. Very comfortable and relaxing

Thank you Georg and Friederick for a relaxing stay in the Unwind cottage. Great location for exploring the walking trails and within walking distance to several amazing cellar doors and restaurants.. The cosy cottage was clean, comfortable and contained everything needed for a week’s escape to the country.

Enjoyed a wonderful 3 nights at Karawatha Cottages (we stayed in Ponder). Cottage is beautiful and we loved the peaceful surroundings (brekkie supplies were yummy which we enjoyed out on the deck). Appreciated the walking trail suggestions and our fav vineyards were: Geedes and DogRidge, and we also enjoyed an amazing lunch at The Currant Shed (all of which are within walking distance). Had a lovely chat with Georg on arrival and he was very welcoming. Thanks again for a great stay … and we look forward to a return visit.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay in the Relish Cottage. Perfectly equipped, spotless cleanliness, great beds and decorated with love and creativity to every little detail. You will not miss a thing! Loved it! Abdolutely peaceful aetting in amazing gardens planted, grown and tended with care by the owners Friederike and Georg. Fantastic hosts. Not even 45 minutes away from Adelaide. We were amazed about how much there is to discover and enjoy in the direct surroundings. Fantastic walks (hand selected and carefully mapped out by the hosts) through the national park or along wineries and restaurants. Wonderful wine tastings. Beautiful beaches. Great restaurants. Don't forget watching out for kangaroos and koalas.. So if you want to treat yourself..
