I love spacious rooms and Adelante fits within that. Leaving aside the space issue the room was homely, a coffee table and two sofas. I however like a bath as opposed to a shower. This was the only sticky issue for me. The Lodge is located near a mall and therefore restaurants are around the corner. Tha was a big plus for me.

The personnels are warm welcoming,secure parking and nice breakfast. The rooms are clean, next town. The receptionist confirm about your booking and gives you location. The rooms set up are of high standard.

a very good stay definitely recommend and the staff is so amazing and the pool area is really nice and clean .The room is super clean and its close to Mimosa mall .They also offer breakfast ,I recommend te place 100%

The stay was very good, the service that we received by one of the employees called Banele was excellent except for the bed that was making terrible noise each time I was turning. The bathroom was also clean

The location of the place was just perfect for me ,place was clean and welcoming... I checked in on the 14 in the morning and checked out the very same day my bus was going leave in the evening find the price to be too steep coz I was spending just a couple of hours but I appreciate their assistance.

Communication between the rooms and reception is not possible because there's no phone. When I arrived no orientation whatsoever was given by the receptionist in terms of Wi-Fi, communication. First time I had to physically go and ask about the TV switch; second time I left the room again to go and ask if there's a Wi-Fi connection. The third time I decided not to ask about anything because I felt I'm being taken for a ride as a guest. No pamphlets whatsoever to give any form of information in the rooms. It is not a lost course, you can still improve, however, you need to visit other places to learn.

We stayed over at Adelante recently for a weekend. The guest house ticked all our boxes. Staff and reception very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Rooms offered a small fridge, which was a bonus. Location great, close enough to walk to the Mall.

I'm happy with how I was treated and even after I missed my breakfast they accommodated me. Your hospitality is out of this world. The breakfast times need to be communicated with the guests as they are checking. Sometimes we tend to sign without reading especially if one had a long drive like I had. It is proper to just inform them without relying on that they know what they signing for.

Tranquil and private abode. Very professional receptionist, Amo took time to show me to the room and assist with the settings of the aircon on that very cold Free State afternoon. Friendly kitchen staff who serve very homely meals with a smile.
