hotel with ling walkways and most equipments are old，lock cant open due to low battery on the lock，air conditioning lever broken unsure what level the air conditioning is on at also not much option to choose from breakfast.，and housekeeper didn't make the room until the 4th day…. not keen om staying over again👎

The food for breakfast was very basic. Wish should have had more flavor

My poor rating on Service is based on the airport shuttle pick up. I waited, called and was told by driver it would be 20 minutes, and waited some more until I decide to take a taxi after about 40-45 minutes more. And speaking with the driver over the phone, he wasn't concerned at all. He even said he was there 20 minutes ago...well, I was not. And after figuring out the proximity of the hotel to the airport, I don't see why it would take more than 20 minutes for a shuttle.

Easy access to the highway. Check in was quick. Philip at the reception was very nice. The hotel is clean and quiet. The bed is nice. The price is good. I stayed for 3 nights.

Felipe was very rude to guests. Called to mention there was no water in the room, and he just yelled and hung up the phone. Insanely horrible service from him at the front desk.

The location is great for quick access to the airport. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the beds are comfortable. We will continue to use this hotel for stays.

Good overall

I arrived at the airport in the evening, and used Uber to take a taxi. The taxi to the hotel cost more than 30 dollars, so I remembered the hotel shuttle and called to ask. They told me that the bus would be there in about 10 minutes and wait for me at the exit of the arrival hall and across the street. All hotel shuttles pick up and drop off guests here. This is a shuttle bus shared by three hotels, and the logo on the bus body has three hotel icons. It went very smoothly. The mall is across the road from the hotel. It takes about half an hour to walk there. The shuttle bus leaves every hour. The room is large and is cleaned every three days. If you need cleaning, you can call the front desk in the morning. The front desk was very nice and responsive. There is a steak house next door.
