Location was excellent, food was great but need more choices, facilities were well kept except for mold in bathroom. Customer service very good.

Average hotel. Pool on roof is nice but small and crowded. My room overlooked a parking lot. Property is Not on the beach. I would not return to this property.

酒店房間非常寬敞，適合多人居住。酒店也很安靜。酒店有自帶停車場，真很贊！酒店距離老城區開車也就10-20分鐘！地理位置也超級贊！

Очень хороший и отель и персонал, в номере оказалось что то не исправное с кондиционером, сразу переселили в номер лучше!

聖胡安的酒店普遍偏貴。這家算是性價比比較高的。硬件可以，步行10分鐘以內有超市、飯店，還可以到海灘邊享受另一個Marriot提供的遮陽傘和椅子。每天有$45的credit可以在panhouse泳池邊上點吃的。工作人員配備了一大堆，一到酒店就有人幫着valet parking，登記入住被告知不知道什麼時候房間才能ready，我特意提醒想要一個安靜的房間。有人熟練地幫存了行李，我們到旁邊吃飯剛坐下就收到短訊説房間好了，結果房間就在出電梯的正對面，很吵。第一晚半夜三點半被兩次敲門聲吵醒，外面又沒有人。一大早和前台説了，上午收到貼心的短訊問入住是否滿意，我説有人敲門並且告知了前台，回信也是客客氣氣説會調查。等我離開酒店也沒得到答覆。酒店有一塊毛巾是濕的，沒敢用。如果自己停車，每次要拿着停車票到入口的地方找工作人員手動填好房間號和名字在系統裏charge到房間，然後才能從另一個停車場出口開出去。看來所有的服務都流於表面，登記入住、停車本來可以更絲滑，客人對房間的要求也不應該被忽視，半夜敲門應該及時給出答覆。

The room wasn’t all bad. However, the customer service was shockingly bad and continued to get worse and worse throughout our week here.

The property is conveniently located and is relatively quiet. The rooftop bar was very nice but the food i tasted was very bland. They charge a $45 per day resort fee but you can use the $45 on items purchased the rooftop bar or on site store. So it’s like they are forcing you to spend at least $45 more per day because it’s either use it or lose it. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel and I definitely would recommend.

Overall, the hotel and staff were fantastic. The room was spacious and clean when we arrived. The pool and restaurant area were well-maintained and the bar service was excellent. We loved being a block from Condado Beach and close to several restaurants, bars, shops, and ******s. The housekeeping service was hit and miss - some days our room was cleaned and restocked, other days the very bare minimum was done (bed made, toilet cleaned, no new hand towels, sink wasn’t cleaned). We had to ask twice for fresh bed linens. The final time our room was cleaned, someone took some of our food. Not a big deal overall, but trust was lost and we left with a negative feeling. We would still recommend the hotel.

The property was very well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and so were the cocktails on the rooftop. I would absolutely stay here again!

This was an amazingly clean property. I could not believe how clean our room was every day. There were people wiping down surfaces and mopping floors all throughout the day. The staff was very helpful and I felt they went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and worry free. Our last night there, there were some teens being loud in the lobby and the desk clerk politely and firmly asked them to be quiet and not run in the lobby. This was unexpected and welcome; it showed a high level of professionalism on her part and a concern about all of the guests, as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to San Juan.

We will definitely be returning to this property! We love the neighborhood and the hotel itself. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Love the pool roof
