I wanted a place close the the Mall of America so I could shop and come and go to all the activities for my 8 yr old son. The Hotel was perfect .. never had to experience the cold weather in my 4 day stay, as I simply needed to leave our coats in the room and use the sky bridge and we were inside the mall. The room was clean and I felt safe during my entire stay. The price was fair in my opinion and I will stay there again on my next shopping spree.

Great place to stay. The staff are very accommodating. The rooms are clean and updated. You can cast shows to the TV from your phone. The bathroom is clean and spacious. They serve good warm breakfast everyday too. The location is very close to Mall of America and Ikea. Just a 5 minute drive and you won’t have to worry about driving in the busy Minneapolis. It’s also not too far away from the outlet mall. The shuttle service will take care of you. The shuttle driver John is very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience. Will definitely book again next time.

Great service very understanding employees, didn't really like how they had put the breakfast in a bag; because of COVID-19. Other than that it was a great place to stay. The pool was great as well!

Perfect place to stay and leave a vehicle when flying from Minneapolis. Rooms VERY clean, love the big shower and good light in the bathroom!! Airport Shuttle is KEY.

Presently surprised. Our room was clean the beds were comfortable the staff was AMAZING! What more could you ask for! They offer a free shuttle and are accommodating to their guest needs. We had a great trip! We visited the mall of America and decided to eat at some of the locally owned restaurants less then 10 miles away vs the many chain restaurants in the area. I would stay here again.

Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast had many options and staff kept it stocked. Easy walk to Mall of America.

We have used Courtyard by Marriott Bloomington by Mall of America numerous times, even during COVID times. They are just awesome, from general manager Darryn Maloney, who once checked us in, drove us to the airport all in one trip. Now back to somewhat normal, Jake's is great to eat/drink before you fly out. Even the shuttle drivers are great people. We got in late last night, quick check in and very good burgers and beers before a sleep and drive home...If you are looking for a great stay, park, and fly....Try Courtyard by Marriott by Mall of America....10 stars in my book....
