Hotel Sonnblick

I will copy paste what i send to booking. :) " Hello. I just had the best experience ever. I used booking a lot, i traveled with persons that used booking a lot, And until now i was satisfied. Yesterday i arrived in Austria and wanted to get ready a birthday desert for my boyfriend as we wanted to celebrate His birthday here. I called the property and the owner was just rude , he told me “ you want champagne and 250 euro caviar ? I was like “ No, please just a Little dessert in the room for bis birthday as we are arriving late. I Felt that he was making fun of me for asking to have a Little desert in the room. After my boyfriend was called because he has a problem back Home, in România. I tryied to speak with that guy nicely to cancel at least next two days So that we can go quick back Home. He was unveliveble rude ! He told me to go back in my România and hung up the Phone. This is So racist!! I contacted booking costumer, for sure you Said that i can’t do anything and need to go there. The first person that i talked to was Nice, But the second person, a girl, was not helping at all. And i was Waiting before 12 am , tired from So much travelling and She was not helpfull at all. Telling me to wait 48 h for an answer. And i told them the answer will be No, bc i called. And i called again the property, the owner had the same racist reaction !!!!! So in order for me to lose the money, i convinced my boyfriend to stay. Even tho he was already upset and everything was messed up. We went to the property, they gave us a room in lower part of the property. I booked a double room, they gave us a room with 3 separate beds !!!!! I have pictures . Besides the fact that the rooms are not like in pictures, or at least not this one ! This is so disrespectfull !!! Do you think is normal to sleep in a room like this if i payied something else ? To be treated like this if i didn’t did anything wrong ? And the fact that i have this type of Experience with my boyfriend. "

Loved our stay at Hotel Sonnblick. The staff was incredible, meals were some of the best we had on our entire trip right at the hotel. Clean and very nice wellness area with sauna. We will be back again for sure!

Schöne, neu renovierte Zimmer. Sehr gemütlich. Hervorragende Küche. Freundliches Personal. Top geführtes Haus von sympathischen Eigentümern Tolle Lage. Unweit von der Talstation des Skigebietes Sonnenkopf entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert

Heerlijke vakantie. Super mooi hotel met heerlijk ontbijt en lekker afwisselend avond menu. Vriendelijke bediening. Eigenaars zorgen dat je je helemaal thuis voelt. Zeker een aanrader. Prijs kwaliteit is ook heel goed. Kamers zijn heel proper.

Auf keinen Fall wieder! Wir waren 4 befreundete Familien und haben zum Abendessen reserviert. Der Service war unfassbar unfreundlich und geradezu unverschämt. Bereits bei der telefonischen Reservierung hätte mir zu denken geben sollen dass die Dame zwischendrin einfach aufgelegt hat. Das Essen war in Ordnung, allerdings viel zu teuer für die gelieferte Menge und Qualität - ganz zu schweigen von der Bedienung. Dass wir selbst die Rechnung auseinanderfieseln mussten setzte dem Ganzen noch die Krone auf - die Dame konnte uns „leider“ nicht weiterhelfen. Vorsicht bei der Frage nach etwas Parmesan oder Ketchup, Parmesan kostet 1.50€ und Ketchup 0,90 ct - steht natürlich nicht auf der Karte. Aber laut Bedienung ist das Haus „sowieso immer voll“, es besteht also keinerlei Veranlassung etwas zu ändern.

NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN Essen war gut jedoch war der Service sehr unvorstellbar unfreundlich . Das Telefonar zum Tisch Reservieren war schon sehr anstrengend. Die Chefkellnerin war wirklich sehr unherzlich und unfreundlich… Beim Nachfragen nach einer Weinempfehlung wurde nur unfreundlich auf die Karte verwiesen. Das Essen war zwar echt lecker jedoch doch sehr teuer! Schnitzel für 20€??? Ein kleines Tütchen Ketchup 2€? Also das ist wirklich nicht sehr gastfreundlich. Beim Bezahlen wurde es dann schwierig da es grundsätzlich nicht möglich war getrennt zu zahlen… leider kommen wir nicht mehr wieder. Also wirklich überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Das Ambiente war auch lieblos mit sehr grellen Licht. Alles in Allem 1/10 Maximum. Bei der kleinsten Kritik an die kellnerin ist diese direkt auf uns los gegangen!!! NEVER AGAIN

Wir haben ein paar tolle Skitage im Hotel Sonnblick verbracht. Wirklich sehr nette und um das Wohl der Gäste bemühte Inhaber, freundliches Personal, leckere frische Speisen am Abend und super saubere gemütliche Zimmer.

Negative Punkte: Keine Bedienungsanleitung für den Zimmertresor Vertauschte Wasseranschluss Dusche und Waschbecken ,warm rechts kalt links Standard links warm rechts kalt (sollte zumindest ein Hinweis dazu sein ) Schlechter WiFi Empfang Positive Punkte : Sehr Sauber Sehr Gutes Essen Freundliches Personal

Mycket trevlig personal. Hotellets restaurang verkade vara den enda öppna i Wald an Arlberg. På måndagen ingen öppen restaurang i Dalaas, närmsta grannsamhälle.
