Most people will regard this as nit-picky and overly crititcal, but I'd like to hope this finds its way to the desk of the hotel management and they see how much impact a chain of seemingly small decisions add up to a big drag on the overall quality of experience. This was my first trip booked by the newly mandated corporate travel service. I typically research my hotels in advance. I will have to be more specific with the service in the future. The newly redone property looks beautiful, but for me falls short as a week-long home base while visiting our local branch office. I have not written a review in years - but my experience, while pleasant, was so far from my expectations I feel compelled. Food - No room service - no pantry to buy snacks - vending machines are strictly soda/bottled water. - There is a club room on the fifth floor for guests of a certain status. Sancks, coffee, water, hot buffet (I ate breakfast daily, wasn't around for lunch, and popped in one evening for some chafing dish pasta around dinner time) - The attached restaurant is an upscale and popular steakhouse. Walkable options nearby are very limited (Hooters, Five-Guys, a taco joint, etc). I had cocktails and a delicious raw tuna appetizer at the bar here. The atmosphere is swanky - the staff is an army of model-thin 20-somethings with perfect makeup, all wearing 'little black dresses.' I arrived early and stayed about an hour - but by the time I left, the crowd had evolved, adding a double entendre to the Meat Market moniker on the door. - There is also a very nice pool bar run by the steakhouse. It has a compact (but pricey) menu of delicious small bites, but the hours are extremely limited. Over the week, there were two bartenders—fortunately, I only had to endure the amateur for one night, switching from cocktails to straight spirits after the worst old-fashioned ever made. Room - When I first walked into my room, given its dimensions and very sparse furnishings, I assumed it was ADA-compliant. One look at the cramped and awkward bath proved that assumption false. - The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are above average for a hotel. The linens are crisp and feel fresh ... no complaints. - The room did not have a desk with power outlets and a chair comfortable enough to sit in for a few hours. Instead, there was a medium-sized cafe table with an upholstered side chair. Perfect for eating a room service meal - the irony. - Outdoor temps were typically high for late June. When I arrived Monday, the room was a humid 76 degrees. I set the AC to 68, hoping to cool the room and dry it out before bedtime. It's now Thursday morning, and the room is finally reaching 69 degrees and feeling less swampy. Mechanicals were not part of the renovation. - Lighting in the room was unforgivably bad. Huge room - one floor lamp with a cheap LED bulb with terrible CRI and color temp usually found in offices. Two small bedside lamps were more pleantly lamped, but not

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and provided timely assistance throughout my stay. One aspect that truly stood out was the hotel’s delightful ambiance, thanks to its captivating art collection. The artistic touches created a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, making my stay even more enjoyable. It was refreshing to be surrounded by such creative beauty. Moreover, the hotel’s location was a major highlight. Being just a few minutes away from the beach made it incredibly convenient for me to soak up the sun and enjoy the sandy shores. The proximity to the beach added an extra layer of allure to my stay at Waterstone. The rooms were well-appointed, offering comfort and a sense of tranquility. The attention to detail in the room decor was evident, and the amenities provided catered to all my needs. The cleanliness and tidiness of the accommodations were top-notch, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. From their warm greetings to their willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests, their exceptional service truly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend the Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel to anyone seeking a delightful getaway. Whether you’re looking for a place to unwind by the beach or simply enjoy an artistic atmosphere, this hotel delivers on all fronts. My stay here was nothing short of wonderful, and I look forward to returning in the future.

The rooms were priced perfectly. The staff was pleasant to talk to especially Raymond. Please remember to speak w/ him when you arrive, and the views were amazing. The only words that come to mind are ”BEST HOTEL EVER”. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, ”I'll be back”.

We loved it very much we actually visiting again in April we’ll be staying here the hosts were awesome and the atmosphere was great very lovely

O hotel está datado. Os quartos são bem antigos, com carpete. Porém o atendimento é muito bom e o café da manhã é excelente para padrões americanos. Realmente diferenciado. Confirme se a sua reserva também dá direito aos drinks de HappyHour. Das 5:30 as 7:30 PM vc pode degustar do bar a vontade, inclusive drinks não alcoólicos para crianças (leve seu tira-gosto!!; Eles não oferecem) A suíte com duas camas de casal acomoda até 2 adultos e duas crianças. Próximo ao maior shopping de Boca e a Turnpike e 95.

Nada que acotar, ya había estado alojado en ese establecimiento, sólo que en 10 días, solo hicieron limpieza un día, el resto todo bien

It’s so rare these days to have such an incredible customer service experience and also an amazing hotel experience. The gentleman who checked me in helped me with directions over the phone. When I finally arrived, he was so kind and pleasant. I’d been in the car for several hours and my gps took me to an apartment complex nearby, I was frustrated and in town for business. He politely thanked me for being an elite member, I laughed because I was downgraded this year in status. Well, he still upgraded my room and rolled out the red carpet. There was another gentleman who greeted me walking by and offered fresh cookies/popcorn. It’s the small things that make a huge difference! When I got to my room, it was everything I love about Residence Inn with the bonus upgraded room. It just made me feel special and important, a small gesture but one that made a big difference. He even phoned the room to make sure everything was perfect. I frequent the Ft. Lauderdale area often for work and I will ABSOLUTELY return to this hotel! I only took one pic of the door but I wish I’d taken more. The room was amazing.

Hotel is luxurious and representable but if you are going to park in the parking lot, just know your going to need to use your room card to get in and out of the parking lot. There will be a possibility that the card won’t work like it happened to me. We gave numerous of walks back and forth to get our parking ticket stamped in order to come out of the parking lot. Also in the room you would need to keep you card in a slot to keep the bathroom and hallway light on. In order to use the elevator you need to swipe your room key card as well. Unfortunately, this was only a 1 night at this hotel. And we had more headaches than any other we had stayed before. Hotel is nice and all but all the tech and going back and forth is not worth it.
